Allegations of abuse first surfaced shortly after Jolie filed for divorce, and the LAPD looked into an incident involving the Fight Club actor and son Maddox on a private jet. He was never arrested or charged with any wrongdoing and there have been no police reports filed with regards to spousal abuse. A source told Page Six that Angelina's decision to offer testimony on the basis of abuse has been shattering to Pitt. 'Brad is heartbroken that Angelina has gone that route.
