Angelina Jolie RETURNS to former husband Jonny Lee Miller's Brooklyn apartment to introduce him to her son Pax… amid custody battle with ex Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie has been spending quite a bit of time at the home of her ex-husband Johnny Lee Miller, 48. The 46-year-old Oscar winner was pictured heading into Miller's Brooklyn apartment building for the second time this week and had her 17-year-old son Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt in tow, on Tuesday.Over the weekend, Angelina, who just celebrated a birthday, got together with Johnny for an intimate reunion over dinner and drinks.Jolie looked every bit the movie star as she arrived to Miller's apartment building in a long lantern sleeved black silk maxi dress. Her brunette tresses were down and sleek in a fresh blowout and, despite mask mandates being lifted, the building still required them so the actress kept her face covered.By her side was son Pax who kept it casual and trendy in a pale pink T-shirt under a pink flannel top with charcoal jeans and trainers. Pax also sported a baseball hat and a face mask. The mother-son-duo were escorted by their security guard and reportedly spent about an hour inside the Dumbo-neighborhood building where Johnny Lee Miller lives. Jolie shares Pax with her other ex-husband Brad Pitt - along with their five other children, Maddox, 19, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15 and 12-year-old twins Knox and Vivian. Brad and Angelina are embroiled in a messy, years-long custody battle over their brood.  However, things are much more copasetic between Jolie and her other former husband - Johnny Lee Miller - as the pair have been spending one-on-one time together. On Friday, the actress was spotted leaving her ex's apartment following an intimate dinner and night cap.  The two were married in 1996 after meeting on the set of their movie Hackers a year prior, but separated shortly after and officially divorced in 1999.Jolie was seen arriving to the apartment alone and without security on Friday evening with an expensive bottle of Peter Michael wine with her and a Louis Vuitton bag.The Girl Interrupted star spent about three hours inside - where the pair reportedly enjoyed dinner - and was then spotted exiting the premise at 10:30PM.  Though Angelina is based in Los Angeles, she was said to be in NYC for a belated birthday trip where she was joined by all six of her children.  They first met on the set of Hackers in 1995 and swiftly fell in love. At the time of their 1996 nuptials, Angelina was just 20-years-old and their wedding made headlines for its oddities. Instead of a wedding dress Jolie wore a pair of black rubber pants and a white T-shirt which had the Trainspotting actor's name written in her own blood.  She later said that the blood was supposed to represent a willingness to sacrifice for their love and shared that she drew the blood herself with a surgical needle.  The pair separated in 1997 after their busy schedules caused them to be apart from each other. The divorce was official in 1999 but they still remained friends. She had expressed regret about not being able to make it work. 'Jonny and I never fought and we never hurt each other. I really wanted to be his wife. I really wanted to commit,' she reportedly told the Calgary Sun in an interview. And she also shared at the time of their divorce that she thought they could get 'married again' in the future. The actor later went on to marry Law & Order star Michele Hicks, but they split after a decade together in 2018.  Angelina went on to marry Billy Bob Thornton in 2000 where both wore vials of each other's blood around their necks, but they divorced just two years later. In 2014 she finally married Brad Pitt after falling in love on the set of Mr. And Mrs. Smith in 2005. She filed for divorce in 2016 citing 'irreconcilable differences' and it was finalized in 2019. The former pair have been in a lengthy custody battle with Jolie wanting sole custody and Pitt fighting for joint. In late May, the court ruled that Brad and Angelina will have shared custody of all their children with the exception of Maddox, who is no longer a minor. According to reports from US Weekly, the actress feels she can 'never forgive' Brad and believes their legal battle is 'far from over'. A source told the publication: 'She will never forgive him... She maintains it's far from over and still believes that justice will prevail.' It was also claimed that the Maleficent star will give 'everything she's got' to appeal the decision in court. She is set to appeal the decision 'to  demonstrate clear, reversible, prejudicial legal error,' on behalf of the judge — who she tried to remove from the case entirely — and a hearing is set for July 9.
