Angelina Jolie is currently in the midst of a custody battle with ex Brad Pitt over access rights to five of their six children.On Saturday the 45-year-old actress was seen shopping with their daughter Zahara, 16, in Los Angeles as they hit up a Nordstrom. For the mother-daughter outing Jolie looked effortlessly elegant in a white linen dress and a trench coat as they enjoyed some retail therapy.The Maleficent actress emerged from the department store in the ankle length dress and a pair of white sandals with a kitten heel. She layered up with a classic coat and draped a white Dior bag over her shoulder, as she carried a bag full of clothes. Jolie was masked up for the outing and wore her signature brown tresses down. Zahara kept it casual in jeans and a black blouse with a pair of black Air Jordan's on her feet as they spent some quality one-on-one time together.The duo were seen making their way to a black SUV as a handsome bodyguard assisted them with their purchases. The outing comes amid a lengthy custody battle over Zahara, Pax, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12, with Pitt and Jolie also still trying to finalize their divorce after two years of marriage. Angelina filed to absolve their marriage in 2016, saying in a June 2020 interview with Vogue India that it was for 'the well-being of my family,' adding 'it was the right decision.' It was reported at the time that Pitt had gotten into an alcohol-fueled violent screaming match with Jolie, prompting eldest son Maddox, 19, to defend his mother. Jolie was granted temporary custody over all six children and Brad was granted visitation rights with a court-appointed therapist present. In 2018, a court ruled in favor of Brad after he alleged that Angelina was preventing the children from having a consistent relationship with him. He was given a temporary summer custody that allowed him to spend time with the kids without Jolie present.
She then alleged that summer that he had not been paying 'meaningful' child support for over a year, with Pitt retorting that he had loaned Angelina $8M and given an additional $1.8M to help with bills. The custody trial was supposed to begin in November 2018 but the two reached an agreement instead, with ET reporting that it was in the best interest of the children and eliminated the need for a trial. Pitt was granted less than 50 percent custody of the kids despite wanting equal joint custody, prompting him to continue fighting for what he saw fit in another trial. The pair were ruled 'legally single' in April 2020 but the status did not finalize the divorce or the custody battle. Brad continues to seek joint custody with a trial that was scheduled for October, as he compiled a list of over 20 witnesses to strengthen his case. The couple had already decided that Maddox was not a custody consideration and could decide when he wanted to see Brad as he was no longer a minor. Many details of the trial have been kept under wraps, though a decision was purported to be expected at their next trial which was scheduled for December 21.
Pitt reportedly spent Christmas Eve with their three biological children Knox, Shiloh and Vivienne.

Sadly, their children are collateral damage.' Another source told Page Six that the situation is 'not that simple': 'Every holiday, every birthday, someone always leaks the same thing about Brad and his supposed plans to see the kids, like the pizza party for Shiloh's birthday this year — and it seems like there's never any truth to it.' And although the court restored them to single status back in April of 2019, unresolved issues in their custody battle 'are still raging.'

365 days ago, Gossip Cop confronted a story about Angelina Jolie adopting a seventh baby. We debunked the story at the time, but now that there’s been plenty of time to plan an adoption, we’re checking in to see if the Wanted star became a mother of seven. Let’s take a look back on that story to see how we did.
Seventh Celebration? According to The Globe, Jolie had wanted to adopt a seventh child for a long time but was waiting for her divorce from Brad Pitt to finalize. “Now that the settlement's in the final stages - and she's confident it will be done and dusted any week now,” Jolie was focusing on adoptions. With her eldest song Maddox off to college, Jolie was “already feeling empty-nest symptoms” and was now, with Pitt powerless to stop her, about to “do what she wants.” Gossip Cop busted this story at the time because it was an extremely common rumor. This very tabloid ran a very similar story a few months earlier about Jolie’s kids encouraging their mother to adopt a seventh child. A source close to Jolie assured us Jolie had no plans to adopt another baby, so we busted the story.
Did She Adopt Another Child? Contrary to what this bogus source said, the divorce was not in its “final stages,” and was not cleared up in a matter of weeks. The divorce and subsequent custody battle are still ongoing. This means it’s still technically possible Jolie could adopt a child to celebrate her divorce, but that’s assuming this story was ever remotely true.A full year has passed since this story and we haven’t heard a peep about it since. Jolie did not end up adopting another child, so this story was obviously made-up. The Hackers star’s year included work on The Eternals and her slow-moving divorce with Pitt.
Not The Final Bogus Story. Jolie is a favorite target of Globe, so she’s often at the center of bogus stories. It claimed her kids, whose ages range from 12-18 mind you, were irritating the neighbors with their unwatched behavior. Jolie lives on a massive estate, so it’s far-fetched to think the teenagers could be loud enough to annoy the neighbors. We also busted its story about Jolie prowling for women to celebrate being single. This wasn’t the last time the custody battle was written about either. It claimed Jolie was using witchcraft to help her win custody and said she was starving herself over Pitt. Jolie is using lawyers, not witchcraft, to win her custody battle. The starvation narrative is a common one with Jolie, but that doesn’t make it true. This tabloid clearly has no legitimate insight into Jolie’s life as she hasn’t died of starvation, nor has she adopted another baby.

Warner Bros. posted a video with a preview of their upcoming releases, which features the official first scene from ‘Those Who Wish Me Dead’, which will mark Angelina Jolie’s big comeback to action movies.The video also featured the opening scenes from “Invocation of Evil 3”, “Mortal Kombat”, “Space Jam: A New Legacy” and “Kong vs. Godzilla ”. Directed by Taylor Sheridan – who was nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture for “At Any Price” – the film is based on the book of the same name by Michael Koryta. The story follows a fourteen-year-old boy who witnesses a brutal homicide and joins a witness protection program under a new identity. Meanwhile, the assassins set out on a journey to find him, destroying anyone who stood in his way.The cast also includes Nicholas Hoult (‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’), Tyler Perry (‘Exemplary Girl’), Jon Bernthal (‘The Punisher’), Jake Weber (‘Dawn of the Dead’), Aidan Gillen (“Game of Thrones”) and James Jordan (“The Weight of the Past”). ‘Those Who Wish Me Dead’ does not yet have a release date set.

Angelina Jolie has been spending plenty of quality time with her six children amid COVID-19 quarantine in Los Angeles.And the Academy Award-winner, 45, was spotted holding hands with daughter Zahara, 16, as they indulged in a leisurely Target run on Saturday afternoon.After scouring the aisles of the beloved department store, Angelina and Zahara fueled up at a nearby Starbucks.The mother-daughter duo stood side-by-side as they waited in line to place their order with the barista.As they patiently stood in line, Angelina and Zahara engaged in some friendly back-and-forth.Jolie, known for her eye-catching style, looked ultra chic in an oversized black coat that she layered over a semi-sheer blouse.Emphasizing her enviably slender stems, the Maleficent star threw on some black skinny jeans that tucked into her leather booties. The children are understood to be jetting back and forth to see Brad who is finalizing shared custody terms following his and Angelina's divorce.Related to that is where each parent wants to continue raising the children, with Jolie reportedly wanting to leave Los Angeles to go abroad.In mid-April, a judge ruled that the pair are now legally single and it's been widely reported their relationship is much improved after being clouded by fighting in the years that followed their original split in August 2014.
