Angelina Jolie had a packed day in the city of lights on Tuesday. The director and activist, 42, visited the French capital to film a commercial on the Champs-Elysées for perfume house Guerlain and took the time to squeeze in sightseeing with her six kids at the famous Louvre museum. Jolie has been a spokesmodel for the brand since 2016.Jolie also met with the French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron during a visit to the presidential Elysées Palace, in the afternoon. A source tells PEOPLE Jolie and the first lady met for an hour and discussed several topics Jolie is actively involved in, including “education, violence against women and [Jolie]’s activities as UNHCR Special Envoy and her visit to Jordan.” The two were snapped saying goodbye by the first lady’s chief of staff Tristan Bromet on his Instagram.Jolie’s trip also including an outing to the Louvre with all six kids in tow earlier in the day. Jolie and the kids — Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and 9-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne — toured the museum for two hours before heading back to their hotel. The outing comes days after Jolie visited a refugee camp in Jordan on Sunday. The actress was joined by Zahara and Shiloh during a UNHCR trip to the Zataari refugee camp in the city. There, they met with Syrians who fled the violence of the ongoing civil war in the country, including girls around Jolie’s daughters’ ages who were part of the TIGER (These Inspiring Girls Enjoy Reading) project, which focuses on education and empowerment.Jolie spoke to the refugees about how they inspired her and gave her hope.“After seven years of war, most Syrian refugees have exhausted any savings they had. The vast majority of them already live below the poverty line, on less than three dollars a day. Imagine what that would mean for your family,” she said in a speech. “Here, it means families going without sufficient food; children unable to get medical treatment; young girls vulnerable to early marriage; and many Syrians facing their seventh winter without proper shelter.”

Dakota Johnson instantly became the subject of a viral meme after she appeared to glance over at Angelina Jolie during Jennifer Aniston’s speech at the 2018 Golden Globes earlier this month — but the Fifty Shades Darker actress insists she wasn’t being shady.“Truthfully, I don’t think that I was really looking at her,” Johnson, 28, said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday, January 29. “If you look really closely at the angle of my eyes, they’re kind of, like, over here … [looking at] the Stranger Things table. And I really love Stranger Things.” “The thing that I hate the most is when people are in restaurants or whatever, when they try to take a sneaky picture of you. … So, I did that at the Golden Globes,” Johnson said with a laugh. “Everybody there is a famous person. I was, like, trying to take a video of these kids — but they’re children, I know! I was, like, zooming in and zooming in, but then I also accidentally caught … Ridley Scott was asleep. I think maybe he was just looking at his phone, but it looked like he was asleep.”In Johnson’s defense, she wasn’t the only person who initially appeared to stare at Jolie, 42, as Aniston, 48, took the stage with Carol Burnett to present the award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series — Musical or Comedy. The 21 Jump Street actress pointed out, “I’m not the only one. [Armie Hammer’s wife] Elizabeth [Chambers] is, like, very blatantly looking at her.” Aniston was married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005. Their relationship crumbled after he met Jolie on the set of the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Rumors swirled at the time that Pitt, now 54, and the Tomb Raider actress began dating while he was still married to the Friends alum. The actor and Jolie — who share kids Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 9 — wed in 2014. She filed for divorce in September 2016, citing irreconcilable differences.

Movie star Angelina Jolie visited a camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan on Sunday, calling for a political solution to Syria's long-running civil war and saying that "humanitarian aid is not a long-term solution."Children crowded around the U.S. actress as she spoke in a patch of muddy space between hundreds of rows of caravans in the desert camp of Zaatari, less than an hour's drive from the Syrian border. It was Jolie's fifth visit to Jordan."It is heartbreaking to return to Jordan and witness the levels of hardship and trauma among Syrian refugees as this war enters its eighth year," Jolie said after meeting refugee families and teenage girls in a U.N.-run community program."I'm very proud. You're very strong, all of you," Jolie, a special envoy for the U.N. refugee agency, told them.Nearly 5.5 million displaced Syrians are hosted by Jordan, Lebanon and other neighboring countries.Jolie said the hospitality of the overburdened host countries is "an example to the world at a time when solidarity with refugees is in short supply."She said the U.N. refugee agency received only half the requested funding for the Syria crisis last year and only 7 percent so far this year."Humanitarian aid is not a long-term solution. No one wants to get off aid more than a Syrian family," Jolie said."A viable political settlement is the only way to create the conditions for Syrians to be able to return to their homes, to end the human suffering and the strain on host countries," she added.Jordan hosts more than 650,000 registered Syrian refugees, according to the U.N. refugee agency. More than 78,000 live in Zaatari.

Gerard Butler is one of the few men that has had the privilege of working with both Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston. The "300" star was on Wednesday's "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen" and upon agreeing to play "Plead the Fifth" was asked about his former co-stars.Butler starred with Aniston in the 2010 comedy "Bounty Hunter," and with Jolie in the 2003 action movie "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life." After immediately pleading the fifth to Cohen's first question, Butler was forced to answer: "You have kissed both Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston onscreen: Who is the better kisser?" Butler's "Den of Thieves" co-star, 50 Cent, was also on WWHL and insisted, "Now, we need to know this." Clearly bothered by the question, Butler squirmed before answering, "Jennifer Aniston. I'm just going, you know, I'm just taking you by surprise."The 48-year-old actor's actual love life was also brought up on the Bravo late-night show when Cohen inquired about his fling with "Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville."It was kind of a crazy time in my life," he recalled. "Anyway, we hung out and had fun and I never saw her again."
