Fanning will be seen with Jolie in the upcoming film Maleficent 2.Los Angeles: Actress Elle Fanning says she feels inspired by Hollywood star Angelina Jolie, with whom she is going to star in Maleficent 2. "I was 14 when I did the first movie, now I'm 20," Fanning told people.com. She spoke about how their relationship has evolved since they first worked together. "I wasn't as young now so Angelina and I got to relate on a different level now that I'm older." Fanning relished the experience of reuniting with the Oscar-winning star, and said to being inspired by her work ethic. "We actually got very close on the second one. Very close. She's amazing! She does a lot and is very inspiring to work with. To see how she handles the business and also she's the producer so to see that side of things, to see her with her producer hat on, I learned a lot."

Angelina Jolie is pictured for the first time filming her new fantasy drama Come Away.Despite her ongoing divorce negotiations with Brad Pitt, it was back to work for the 43-year-old as she got into character wearing a period costume on set in Hollywood on Monday.Angelina stars alongside David Oyelowo in the adventure movie which is a prequel to Alice In Wonderland and Peter Pan.Angelina's outfit consisted of a white blouse tucked into a long olive green skirt along with a half apron tied at the waist.She wore a wavy blonde wig which was pinned up elegantly at the back in perfect keeping with her early 1900s look. The storyline follows Alice before she went to Wonderland, and Peter before he became Pan, as brother and sister who live an idyllic childhood with parents Jack and Rose (Oyelowo and Jolie) and older brother David. Fate turns their games of tea parties, pirates and lost boys upside down, setting the stage for their iconic journeys into Wonderland and Neverland.The movie, which started filming in the UK in August, will be the live-action debut of Brave director Brenda Chapman and is scripted by Marissa Kate Goodhill. Keira Chansa and Jordan Nash, both newcomers, have been set to play Alice and Peter.Jordan, 10, was also spotted on set on Monday wearing a smart shirt tucked into grey shorts and carrying a book in his hand. A mother and child revenge thriller set in the snowy ravages of late 19th-century eastern United States, “The Kept” has booked one of its big leads in “Maleficent” and “Salt” star Angelina Jolie.James Scott’s debut novel caused a stir when it was first published in 2014 and thanks to Alice Birch, the British Indepedent Film Award-winning writer behind “Lady Macbeth”, it’s headed to cinema.The story is about a woman who returns home to the family farm, only to discover that her husband and four of her five children have been murdered.Severely wounded herself, she is nursed back to health by the conflict’s other survivor, 12-year-old son Caleb, and the pair begin a quest to hunt down their family’s killers.Jolie is the first casting announcement to be made, ahead of a directorial appointment, though Jolie is on board in a double role as a producer as well as leading actress, and so can be expected to influence how recruitment proceeds.“The Kept” is in production at Imperative Entertainment, whose previous projects include Cannes winner “The Square”, Getty kidnapping thriller “All the Money in the World”, teen crime drama “Hot Summer Nights”, and dark comedy “Arizona”.

She has a strong connection to Cambodia as her son Maddox was born in the South Asian country.And Angelina Jolie wanted to show support for the nation's film making community as she visited the Cambodia Town Film Festival in Long Beach, CA on Saturday.The 43-year-old Oscar winner looked effortlessly chic in a black tank top and tan skirt as she posed with the event's participants.Daring to impress, the Girl, Interrupted star looked sensational in the low key ensemble which included a light brown scarf.Her trademark raven tresses were left long and loose as they cascaded over her petite shoulders.The actress’ history with the country began in 2000 when she filmed the hit Tomb Raider on location.She returned two years later to adopt Maddox who is now 17-years-old.The following year, she opened a foundation in Cambodia, now called the Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation).The ex of Brad Pitt was also inspired by the country to make her Golden Globe nominated movie, First They Killed My Father. Based on Cambodia human rights activist Luong Ung’s memoir, First They Killed My Father documents her experience as a young girl under the brutal rule of the Khmer Rouge. She spoke to Vanity Fair in 2017 about her first visit to Cambodia.'I found a people who were so kind and warm and open, and, yes, very complex.
