Is Brad Pitt receptive to the idea that Angelina Jolie ‘misses’ him & wants to talk? A source close to Brad set the record straight EXCLUSIVELY with HollywoodLife! After a source close to Angelina Jolie told us that she was “fighting the urge” to reach out to Brad Pitt, we wondered what Brad would think about that. Now, a source close to Pitt told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY that he definitely does not want to contact her. “Brad has no desire at all to chat to Angelina,” our source said. “They talk very occasionally, but only about the children, and only when it is absolutely necessary, other than that all communication is through their attorneys. Brad just wants this whole nightmare to be over and done with so he can move on with his life and put it all behind him.” When it comes down to it, their moment together has come and gone. “At one time, Brad was the happiest he has ever been in his life when he was with Angelina,” our source went on to say. “They had the kids, and they had this amazing life together, and he honestly thought they would be together forever. But, clearly he was mistaken, and Brad is the first to hold his hand up and take responsibility for the part he played in the demise of their relationship, but Angelina isn’t blameless, as much as she loves to play the victim in all of this.” And from here on out, Brad is completely focused on what lies ahead of him, not what came before. “There’s no point in looking backwards though,” our source added. “The past is the past, and Brad has no desire to go there again. He’s over it; He’s finally found closure from their breakup; He’s looking forward to the future now, and that future most definitely does not include Angelina Jolie.”

The president of Venezuela's National Assembly is accusing Angelina Jolie of being a CIA agent a day after the award-winning actress concluded her trip to Peru to meet with refugees who have fled the once prosperous South American nation.'They are agents of imperialism, the CIA, the Pentagon, all of those entities that imperialism has to act and place a tear that runs in rivers for the world to believe that ... they have touched the heart of a Hollywood star,' Diosdado Cabello said Wednesday during his weekly television program.Cabello, a key figure under the Hugo Chavez regime and who has been at the head of the country's parliament since 2012, offered no evidence to confirm his wild claims about Jolie throughout his program a day after she concluded her humanitarian trip.Jolie traveled to Peru on Sunday as a special envoy for the United Nations refugee agency.During her three days in the capital of Lima, the filmmaker and humanitarian huddled up with some of the 400,000 people that have left Venezuela and settled in Peru since 2015. According to United Nations figures, more than 1.9 million that over the last three years have escaped the unstable nation that has been rocked by violence, poverty and government corruption.Cabello, whose parliament is viewed as illegitimate by many countries in the international community, charged that Jolie was better off 'worrying about the 43 million poor people that exist in the United States'.The embattled politico added Jolie should instead focus 'on the children that are being locked up in cages', a reference to minors that have been separated from their parents at the U.S.-Mexico border by Trump administration in observance of the widely unpopular 'zero tolerance' anti-immigration policy the American leader installed in April. The Venezuelan political figure joked about the Hollywood star's inability of pinpointing his country's location on a map.'An actress who loves the people of Venezuela, so much that she loves you that you ask how many inhabitants Venezuela has and she has not the slightest idea, where is Venezuela? I guarantee you do not even know,' Cabello said. The assembly leader also claimed Jolie's visit was a simple ploy to distract attention generated by the mass migrant caravan of almost 10,000 Central Americans who have crossed into southern Mexico and are slowly trekking north towards the border in hopes of receiving asylum from Trump's White House.'They think that we are still a colony because they sent a deceiving actress on the screen to try to deceive the people,' Cabello ranted.'Don't let yourselves be manipulated. Fortunately our people are aware.' Jolie met with Peru's president Martin Vazcara and with Nestor Popolizio, the Foreign Relations Minister, during her three-day venture, and visited a shelter housing refugees and made a trip to the Peru-Ecuador border to witness the daily influx of Venezuelans that have fled their homeland.

Angelina Jolie has spent the past three days on a state visit to Peru meeting Venezuelan refugees that were forced to flee their crisis-stricken homeland.Sent as a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Special Envoy to Peru's capital Lima, the actress and philanthropist said she was stunned to see the refugee crisis up-close.An estimated 2.6million Venezuelans have fled their home nation since 2015 following President Nicolas Maduro's regime and a crippling economic crisis - and 400,000 of those migrants have settled in Peru.'This region is facing one of the largest mass migrations in its history. The crisis is all the more shocking for being predictable and preventable,' she said in a statement alongside Peru's foreign minister on Tuesday. Jolie met with migrants in shelters, stopped at the border crossing in the north of the country, and on Tuesday met with Peru's President Martin Vizcarra to discuss solutions to the migrant crisis spreading across South America.'After having spoken to so many people it's clear to me, very clear, that this is not a movement by choice,' she said. 'I heard stories of people dying because of a lack of medical care and medicine: cancer patients whose chemotherapy was abruptly stopped, diabetes sufferers without access to insulin, children without basic antibiotics, people starving, and tragic accounts of violence and persecution,' she added. 'None of the Venezuelans I met want charity. They want an opportunity to help themselves,' she added. The exodus of Venezuelans into neighboring countries has led to a 'shocking' migrant crisis. According to the UNHCR, this is the largest population movement in Latin America's recent history.
Peru was one of the first countries to create a special residency program for incoming Venezuelans. But now that the influx of Venezuelans climbs to nearly half a million, Peru is tightening their entry requirement out of security concerns and is shortening the residency program. In her speech Jolie acknowledged the severity of the crisis saying 'As in nearly every displacement crisis, the countries that have fewer resources are being asked to do the most.'She also praised Ecuador and Colombia as 'very generous' for opening their doors to displaced Venezuelan migrants. She said that in her time in Peru she was in awe of how Venezuelans say they didn't want to leave their country. 'The message that I heard consistently was, "we didn’t want to leave, we had to leave,"' she said. She praised Peru's migrant programs and urged neighboring countries to continue their work. 'Most of all, wherever we live, we need our governments to do more to address the conflict and insecurity that is creating refugees, so that people can return to their countries. In my experience the vast majority of refugees want to do just that: they want to return home,' she added. Jolie visited Latin America back in 2012 during a humanitarian mission to Ecuador, which marked her third visit to with Colombian refugees in the region.'

Angelina Jolie is reportedly struggling to come to terms with the end of her marriage to Brad Pitt.According to Hollywood Life, the 43-year-old actress recently realized that her life feels less complete without her estranged husband around. The source claims that she’s ‘pretty much gone through all seven stages of grieving a break-up now’, but is having a hard time with ‘moving forward’.‘It’s really dawned on Angelina recently how empty her life is without Brad in it,’ the source said. The insider went on: ‘Even though the worst was probably the anger stage, she’s been struggling a lot with the last one, redirected hope.‘Moving forward and knowing that she will be OK without Brad, and that they will never be together again, has been a lot for Angelina to process, even though she’s pretty much accepted that fact now.’ Although things have gotten ugly between Angelina and Brad, 54, since they filed for divorce, the Maleficent actress reportedly believes he was her one true love.‘They shared so many good times, not to mention six kids together, and a large part of her still believes that he was the love of her life and her soulmate,’ Hollywood Life’s source added.‘Angelina hates to think she will never meet somebody else again, but she struggles to imagine herself with anybody but Brad.’ The anonymous informant claimed it’s been ‘really tough’ for Angelina to stop dwelling on her failed relationship with Brad and move on. She has, however had ‘lovers here and there’, but nothing serious since her divorce filing. Before you get your hopes up for reconciliation, Hollywood Life’s source said that’s probably not in the cards.
‘The truth is, she just can’t envision what that person would look like, or who they would be, other than Brad, and in all honesty, she knows that ship has well and truly sailed,’ they said. This story comes amid reports that Angelina ‘has many regrets about leaving Brad’.On October 12, Hollywood Life published a report in which a source said Angelina realized she could have done things differently with Brad and perhaps saved their marriage.‘Angelina wonders how she could have communicated with Brad more, or how she could have helped him battle his demons better. So many things Angelina questions and/or feels regretful about concerning their relationship still haunt her, but she never worries about how her relationship or divorce may have affected Jen [Aniston]. Angelina simply never really worries or ever really thinks about Jen,’ the source claimed.Although Hollywood Life’s recent report suggests Angelina’s having a hard time moving on, she has been linked to a few men since her separation from Brad.First, in August, In Touch reported that Angelina had fallen for a British billionaire. His name was not revealed, but the outlet suggested things may be getting serious between them after Angelina moved to speed up her divorce.‘A quicker divorce means Angelina would be free to marry again,’ a source told the outlet.‘She’s desperate to get married as soon as she can.’In March 2018, a source told ET that Angelina was dating an older man who sells homes for a living. The source said at the time: ‘Brad and Angie are both very secretive about their dating life. Angie has told some friends she isn’t ready to date, but she has been seeing a handsome, older-looking man who is a real estate agent.’ Brad has been linked to Neri Oxman, a prominent MIT professor, his ex-wife Jennifer and Hari Khalsa.
