Angelina Jolie has revealed that she used to enjoy killing Lara Croft when playing the Tomb Raider video game.The actress, who played the iconic character in 2001's Tomb Raider movie and its sequel Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life, said she liked the way Croft sounded when she died in the game.Jolie told Total Film that she initially disliked the virtual character, but changed her mind when she realised Lara Croft could be a good role model."I only eventually [played the role] because it's about a very strong woman," she said. "It was exposing, but in a way where I thought, 'I really like what she represents as a woman', and so if I'm exposed in that way it's okay." She added: "When I agreed to play her, I didn't realise how much of an icon she was. There are magazines on where she went to school, and the music she liked... it's very bizarre!" The latest Tomb Raider movie to be made is from Bollywood. Jolie's directional debut In the Land of Blood and Honey will be released later in the year.

Latest rumour is they'll tie the knot after the Cannes Film Festival.Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been pretty tight lipped over when they're planning to tie the knot, but according to insiders close to the couple it could be sooner than you think, in May! The couple, who got engaged in April last year, have been together seven years and have previously admitted they decided to get married after being pressurised by their children. There have been several rumours about a wedding, with claims they'll tie the knot at their £35 million château in the South of France. The latest is that it's a May wedding, timed to coincide with the Cannes Film Festival. Grazia magazine claim an insider told them: “Everything is pointing towards the end of May or beginning of June. “Their renovations are due to finish any day now and builders have been working around the clock to complete it in time. Plus all of Brad and Angelina’s closest friends in the industry will be in town for Cannes.” Brad admitted in a recent interview, having children had changed his mind about marriage.He told People magazine in December, on why he decided to finally get married: “We’ve had a family; we’ve raised the kids. I am surprised how much [marriage] meant to me once you had that.” While it's impossible to know with this uber private couple, the predictions have got to be right at some point!

Couple have been enjoying DVD night in with the kids .Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have legions of fans across the world, but you'll never guess who these A-listers are fans of, none other than the legendary naturalist Sir David Attenborough.The couple, who have been living in the UK for the last year as they film back to back movies, appear to have taken the BBC presenter to heart and have been enjoying his wildlife documentaries with their children, according to insiders."Brad and Ange are teaching their kids about the environmental world,” a source told the Daily Star.“They're hooked on David Attenborough's Life In The Freezer and Living Planet. It's education for the children, but fun for them too. Ange thinks Attenborough is a legend." Well, she's not wrong there! We wonder if they'll be tuning into David's next foray into documentary making, he reportedly wants to study – babies! “Babies are fabulous. They change every day, grip your heart. I wouldn’t mind doing a show about them,” he recently told The Sun. With celeb fans and a over half a century in the field, David admits he's surprised fans aren't bored of him. He joked: “I think, ‘Cor blimey, haven’t they seen enough!’ But since it’s such fun to make the programmes, who am I to say no? I am amazed anybody should want me to go on — but delighted. The actress introduced her kids to crickets during a trip to Cambodia.You'd have thought having Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as parents, the family can go wherever and eat whatever they please in terms of food choices. However, it seems like the kids prefer to eat something slightly more I'm A Celebrity-esque, as Angelina has revealed that they love nothing more than to chow down some fried crickets.According to E! News, during a video shoot for Louis Vuitton's Core Values campaign, Jolie admitted that her sons' favorite snack is fried crickets."My boys love to eat crickets,” Jolie said. "It's their favourite thing. They ate them like Doritos."The busy mum introduced her kids to crickets during a trip to Cambodia, where her 9-year-old son Maddox was adopted, reported Extra.
The Hollywood actress has also admitted that her six children have kept her grounded, despite her celeb status.She told TotalFilm: "The great thing about having a bunch of kids is they just remind you that you’re the person who takes them to go poop!" Away from the cameras, Angelina believes she lives a very normal life with long-term partner Brad Pitt, where they don't acknowledge the fact they are famous. With private jets, home help and million-dollar compounds, we find this hard to believe...Angelina explained: "We have a very normal, very grounded home. And we’re friends, and we have a laugh with our kids."And we don’t pay attention to this view of ourselves. We don’t buy those magazines, we don’t watch those TV shows. We just shut it out." She continues: "We just explain to our kids that people like to take pictures of people who make movies. And that’s all it is.""It’s not anything special about mommy and daddy – we just happen to make movies."
