First images of the exclusive ceremony in southern France show the 39-year-old actress in her full-length dress with drawings from her children sewn into the gown. Brad Pitt wore a suit from his closet and borrowed a tie from his son because he forgot one, the magazine reported. It truly was a family affair.Wedding pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt grace this week’s edition of People magazine, including a stunning full-length image of the graceful “Maleficent” actress from the ceremony in France.The exclusive images of the uber exclusive affair on Aug. 23 at Château Miraval, their leased vineyard estate in the Provence hamlet of Correns, give new insight into the union of Hollywood’s hottest couple.Jolie’s plain white floor-length antique lace and silk dress and veil featured an unorthodox twist, with drawings by their six children sewed into the gown by Atelier Versace master tailor Luigi Massi."Luigi is like family to me and I couldn't imagine anyone else making this dress," Jolie told People. "He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together."
Jolie's dress also made the cover of the UK"s Hello! magazine, which showed off the children's whimsical drawings in another exclusive snap.Pitt, meanwhile, grabbed a suit out of his closet and had to borrow a tie from one of his sons because he’d left one at home, People magazine reports.Eldest sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, received the honor of walking their mother down the chapel aisle, while daughters Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, dappled their path to the altar with rose petals.Pax even baked the wedding cake, according to People, while Shiloh, 8, and Knox, 6, served as ring bearers.No more than 22 relatives and close friends witnessed the “I dos,” which were sealed with a long kiss."It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter," Pitt, 50, and Jolie, 39, told the magazine. "It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family."The magazine, scheduled to hit newsstands on Wednesday, features a large image of Jolie in her dress, while a second, inset photo shows Pitt, Jolie and their six children posing in their wedding best.

Angelina and Brad, 50, won't have to send love letters during their next project as they will reunite onscreen to star in By The Sea.While details of the plotline are being kept under wraps, The Hollywood Reporter claims that the long-time lovers will play husband and wife in the flick, which is set to be released sometime in 2016.The movie, which is being written and directed by the Maleficent star, will be shot on location in Malta.Angelina previously revealed that their children - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and twins Knox and Vivienne, five - were planning the wedding and joked that she and Brad may end up wearing camouflage in a paintball wedding extravaganza if their kids got their way.

It's official — no, seriously this time.Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were married Saturday, a spokesperson for the couple told The Associated Press.The news comes after months of speculation about whether the pair had already tied the knot and years of tongue-wagging about when they would exchange rings.Pitt, 50, and Jolie, 39, wed in Correns, France in a private, nondenominational civil ceremony at Chateau Miraval, according to the AP. Their sons Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10, walked Jolie down the aisle. Daughters Zahara, 9, and Vivienne, 6, were flower girls. Daughter Shiloh, 8, and son Knox, 6, served as ringbearers.Pitt was previously married to Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005. This is the third marriage for Jolie, who was previously married to actors Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton.The couple, who have been together since 2005, will appear onscreen together in the upcoming film By the Sea, which will be written and directed by Jolie. Angelina Jolie makes her way off a private jet after touching down at the airport on Friday (August 22) in Nice, France.The 39-year-old actress was joined by her fiance Brad Pitt and their children (not pictured). They are likely going to be spending the rest of the summer at their home in Miraval.Angelina recently told EW that she had the chance to show Louis Zamperini, the subject of her upcoming movie Unbroken, a cut of the film before he died last month.“I brought it on my laptop to the hospital,” Angelina said. “It was a deeply moving, very profound few hours of my life. Telling his story is a giant responsibility.”
