Angelina Jolie reveals that 'some' of her 6 kids have tattoos already: 'It's personal to us'

Angelina Jolie has dozens of tattoos.And on Friday the 49-year-old actress revealed to CR Fashion Book that 'some' of her six kids also have ink.Angelina and her ex-husband Brad Pitt have six children together – Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.The subject came up when her interviewer Carine Roitfeld asked, 'I just started my tattoo journey. Can you tell me about your most recent tattoo and the significance of it?'Jolie said: 'I got “Stay Gold” with my daughter Viv during our time with The Outsiders. It means so much to us separately and together.'She then mentioned 'some' of her other kids got inked too: 'There is also a Bird that I share with some of my children that is personal to us.'Jolie debuted the bird tattoo in June at the Tony Awards in NYC.Friday is also the eight year anniversary of her divorce filing from Pitt.The Oscar-winning looked beautiful with her blonde hair worn wild and curly as she posed for photographers Luigi & Iango for the CR magazine. Jolie's son Pax Jolie-Pitt also shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the shoot.Inside the issue, The Eternals actress spoke about her side hustle, Atelier Jolie. 'Over the years, I've seen fashion dictated by trends and anointed arbiters of taste,' said the mother of six.'But to look inward and dress for oneself—to truly express oneself with creativity and resourcefulness—is a useful rebellion in this modern age.'And the Oscar winner shared that though she can be serious she also has a fun side: 'I like to be silly and love good standup comedy.'Also in the magazine - which can be pre-ordered - Jolie shared that she has not seen all of her movies. And Jolie added she was happy to launch Atelier Jolie because it is 'exciting' to see what happens when 'artists collaborate.' Roitfeld asked her why she started Atelier Jolie.
'My intention was to build a space—a home, really—for people to create and be inspired. The house is comprised of artists and designers from around the world, and at the heart is an invitation to re-engage in design and build community,' said the star, whose next movie is about Maria Callas. And she said her late mother Marcheline Bertrand has been her inspiration.'My mother was a very globally minded, thoughtful person, who often spoke to me about injustice,' said the Tomb Raider star. 'When I was in my twenties, I started to travel and realized how much I had not been taught in school or was aware of.'I began my education, or reeducation rather, then. I began traveling to areas of conflict and post-conflict. Listening. Learning. My world view is very much shaped by refugee families, and I have so much respect for them. I hate it when I see the media and politicians using these families for their own gain. No one would choose that life. We are honored to have Eat Off Beat in residence.
