Wow. Maddox Jolie-Pitt is officially a teenager! That’s right, Angelina Jolie’s first adopted son has just celebrated his milestone birthday. Happy birthday, Maddox! Maddox Jolie-Pitt is growing up before our very eyes. Angelina Jolie’s first child celebrated his 13th birthday on Aug. 5, 2014. How exciting! Little Maddox is going to be a man before we know it!On Aug. 4, Maddox crossed the threshold into his teens by celebrating his 13th birthday.Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt write love letters to one another on the regular. Could they get any more perfect?Maddox was adopted when he was 7 months old by Angelina from his birthplace of Cambodia, where his birthname was Rath It wasn’t until four years after Maddox was adopted that Angelina’s partner Brad came into the picture. In fact, it was Maddox that brought Brangelina together! Brad and Maddox bonded behind-the-scenes of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which quickly led him to falling in love with Angie. So sweet!Soon after Brad and Angie started dating, Maddox’s last name was changed to Jolie-Pitt — they were officially a family!Although his parents aren’t interested in letting their kids become actors, Maddox once cameoed in Brad’s movie World War Z. Hilariously enough, he played a very young zombie!In Nov. 2013 it was rumored that Maddox might be in the running for the lead role in Battling Boy, however it was never confirmed.While promoting her hit film Maleficent in May 2014, Angelina revealed that her eldest son is currently seeing someone. Yes, little Maddox has a girlfriend!He’s got a girlfriend. She’s great. I won’t embarrass him, but she’s lovely,” Angie shared with Entertainment Tonight‘s Nancy O’Dell at the film’s premiere.Angelina also revealed that Maddox’s girlfriend lives in England, and that the family visits their often so that they can see each other.
