As Angelina Jolie stepped out in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday, all eyes were on her gaunt frame that she tried to conceal with a long-sleeved black frock.Exiting her vehicle, the A-list actress placed her right hand on the door of her black sedan, revealing her thin hand and bony wrist.As she stepped out of the car, thin pins were hard to miss, as their fair tone contrasted with her dark ensemble.Covering her eyes from the bright rays, the 37-year-old donned a pair of aviator sunglasses with her casual attire.At one point Angelina was seen adjusting the frames to ensure her eyes were well-shielded from the bright sun.Her long brunette locks were swept back into a low ponytail, giving off a relaxed vibe.Yet, she spruced up her ensemble by teaming it with a pair of pointed nude pumps, adding a little bit of height to her skinny stems without sacrificing comfort.Keeping her essential belongings by her side, the Tomb Raider star carried a big black tote on her left shoulder.The avid philanthropist recently displayed a few grey hairs as she made an appearance at the G8 Foreign Ministers Summit in London.She was also spotted in the same basic shoes as her trip to Beverly Hills, apparently a wardrobe favourite, that she paired with a conservative outfit.Having six children to watch over certainly seems to be taking its toll on the Hollywood scarlet.
