Angelina Jolie is not dating Evan Rachel Wood, despite a bogus tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk the romance rumors. The two actresses aren’t a couple.“In Heaven With Evan: Ange’s New Lady Love” reads a ridiculous headline in the latest issue of Woman’s Day. The accompanying article quotes a “source” as saying, “Angelina is absolutely smitten with Evan. And while she’s determined to keep things private for as long as she can, she’s told pals that she’s done with men and is the happiest she’s been in a long time.” The alleged tipster says Jolie and Wood shared a “magnetic attraction” when they first met at the Screen Actors Guild 10 years ago, at which time they were with Brad Pitt and Marilyn Manson, respectively. “Ange always thought Evan was incredibly attractive and said they had a spark after hanging out backstage at the awards, but they both had partners at the time. They had an electric chemistry, and Brad even joked about feeling left out after Ange gushed about Evan afterwards.” The sketchy source goes on to say Jolie and Wood reconnected at “Disney’s headquarters” a few months ago, when they were doing voiceovers for their new movies Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and Frozen 2. “Evan reckons the romance happened very organically and it progressed out of their friendship – gushing about how Ange is one of the most passionate and inspiring people she’s ever met.” From there, the questionable tipster says Jolie has told Wood that she’s “head over heels and wants to make a life with her – with the pair planning their first vacation with their kids and even talking about moving in together.” The seemingly imaginary source adds, “[Jolie] says after being with men for so many years, Evan was her sign that it was time to give another relationship a chance again. She’s hoping that once her divorce is finalized, she can at last move forward with her life and a future with Evan.”The tabloid’s article is both very random and completely untrue. For starters, Jolie and Wood haven’t been spotted together since the 2009 SAG Awards, where they posed for a photo backstage. If the two actresses were having some sort of love affair for several months, it seems unlikely there’d be zero indication of it. Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Jolie, who tells us the magazine’s story is total fiction. We’re assured the actress isn’t dating anyone at this time as she remains focused on her kids and her career. It should be noted, Woman’s Day has already proven to have zero insight into the Maleficent star’s love life. Just last month, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for falsely claiming Jolie was developing a romance with one of the stuntman on the set of Marvel’s Eternals. In October, the outlet wrongly reported that Michelle Pfeiffer was setting up Jolie with Johnny Depp. This latest phony article says she’s been secretly dating Wood for months. The tabloid seems to come up with its fake narratives on a whim.

Angelina Jolie Plotting To Move With Kids To Africa Behind Brad Pitt’s Back?

Angelina Jolie is not plotting to move with her six kids to Africa behind Brad Pitt’s back, despite a made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct the phony story. There’s no truth to it.In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar earlier this month, Jolie noted that she’d prefer to live abroad with her children, but she has to stay in Los Angeles “where their father chooses to live.” The actress further noted that she and the kids will “break ground on a home in Africa” next year. According to In Touch, however, what Jolie didn’t say is that she plans to stay there permanently.“She doesn’t play by anyone’s rules, especially not Brad’s, and she wants her kids raised out of the country,” a so-called “family insider” tells the magazine. “Her plan is for the house there to be their new home base.” The supposed source goes on to say that Pitt “wouldn’t be surprised if stating publicly that she’s building a home in Africa is some kind of ploy. She knows Brad can’t just pick up and move there as well. And if he doesn’t let the children go, well, it makes him look like the bad guy.” We’re not quite sure how Pitt’s reluctance to let his estranged wife take his kids away and move to a different continent would make him look like a “bad guy.” Still, the questionable tipster continues, “Moving to Africa, putting that much distance between them, would ruin any chance Brad has of rebuilding those relationships. This is just another way for Angelina to take control of the kids. Brad misses his kids desperately, and it feels like Angie is just rubbing salt in his wounds.” Actually, the magazine cherrypicked quotes from Jolie’s Harper’s Bazaar interview to create its fake narrative. Here’s a quote of hers the story doesn’t mention: “I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18.” The actress made a point of noting that she can’t move out of the U.S. due to her ongoing custody battle and won’t do so until her kids are of legal age. Last year, Jolie and Pitt reached a temporary custody agreement that would allow him to spend more time with the kids. The actress has no intention of breaking that agreement or defying a court’s order to grant Pitt more custodial rights.Gossip Cop checked in with an individual in Jolie’s camp, who tells us In Touch’s article is simply “not true.” The actress isn’t scheming to permanently move to Africa with her kids. In fact, doing so would be against the law and could result in her losing custody altogether. It’s just not a reality.Last year, Gossip Cop called out the magazine for making up a story about Jolie begging the kids to choose her over Pitt and trying to turn them against their dad. The tabloid simply doesn’t know what’s going on amid the couple’s custody battle. This latest take on the subject is more fiction.

Angelina Jolie Feels Hated By Hollywood?

Angelina Jolie feels like all of Hollywood hates her after her latest film underperformed at the box office? That’s the silly claim from one of the tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the story and found it untrue.NW published the story under the headline, “Ange: ‘Hollywood Hates Me.’” The tabloid argues that after she “came out second best” in her divorce from Brad Pitt, the actress is now worried that her “campaign to bury” him has backfired and damaged her reputation. Citing a totally anonymous “insider,” the outlet says that the actress is “reeling” after Maleficent: Mistress of Evil had what’s called a “paltry” opening of $36.9 million, leaving Jolie wondering if moviegoing audiences have turned on her for “taking Brad down after their split.”“The film has been a spectacular flop,” the alleged source says. “She’s left wondering if Hollywood still considers her bankable — especially since Brad had such an incredible showing with Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It’s left Angie a basket case!” Why would Jolie suddenly fear being disliked when she’s on the record as saying that she doesn’t care what anyone says about her? “I never expect to be the one that everybody understands or likes,” Jolie told the New York Times in 2017, “and that’s O.K., because I know who I am, and the kids know who I am.” That being said, that isn’t the only question that goes unanswered in this piece. How exactly did Jolie come out worse in the divorce? What exactly goes into a “campaign” to bury an ex? And perhaps most bafflingly, how in the world is the Maleficent sequel a “spectacular flop” after grossing more than $430 million worldwide in less than a month and taking the number one spot at the box office for two weekends in a row? The tabloid conveniently leaves out the answers to these questions for the simple fact that it doesn’t have them. The outlet’s “source” merely throws out baseless accusations without any hint of credibility.
This is just one of several pieces that uses a made-up “campaign” or “competition” involving Jolie and Pitt to try and attract readers’ attention.Just last month, Gossip Cop called out the National Enquirer for an extremely similar and just as fictional story about Jolie being jealous of Pitt’s success and finding herself “alone” in Hollywood after she “poured so much dark energy into this dirty divorce.” Claiming that Jolie is the “bad guy” in the divorce is clearly just an easy narrative for the tabloids, despite the fact it’s not accurate.Furthermore, it’s ridiculous to accuse Jolie of being box office poison. Although the Maleficent sequel didn’t quite hit its expected numbers, many critics praised Jolie’s performance. No legitimate outlet would even consider blaming the actress for the film’s flaws or box office performance, especially for a sequel made five years after the original installment. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil won’t go down as a major hit, but it’s far from a “spectacular flop.” The magazine also leaves out the fact that Jolie has a number of projects in the works, with four currently in production and more on deck. One of these projects is Marvel’s Eternals, part of the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe — also known as one of the most profitable and bankable franchises in existence. Jolie has been the face of the film for most of its pre-release publicity, something that wouldn’t happen if there really was any reason to question her effect on the box office or status in Hollywood. Also left out of this latest piece is any mention of the tabloid’s previous claims about Jolie and Pitt. Just last month, it incorrectly stated that Jolie was on a hunger strike to protest a custody ruling that allowed Pitt to visit his children. This summer, the tabloid “reported” that Jolie and Pitt’s daughter Shiloh had “escaped” her mom to live with her dad. Not only were both of those claims untrue, but they reveal the tabloid’s recurring theme of painting Jolie as a villain. This ongoing saga just isn’t correct.

Angelina Jolie Has Reportedly Been on a “Few Dates” Amid Her "Messy" Divorce from Brad Pitt

But don't expect her to get married again.ngelina Jolie is officially moving on. The 44-year-old actress "has been on a few dates," a source told Us Weekly—but, the insider adds, "nothing serious" has blossomed for Angie in the romance department. Yet, anyway."She isn’t closed to the idea of meeting someone new, but it’s not her main priority," the source explained. "She’s all about focusing on the kids, her job, and cleaning up her messy divorce." Jolie and her ex, Brad Pitt, have only been legally single since April 2019, but announced their separation in 2016, after two years of marriage and more than a decade as partners and co-parents. The divorce may have been "messy," and is still being settled, but the exes have at least reached a custody agreement when it comes to co-parenting their six children—Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11.While the Us Weekly source says that Jolie will "get back to the dating scene, without a doubt" once her divorce is finalized, another source recently told the outlet that the actress "will never get married again." The source added, "She felt that Brad pressured her into getting married, and it was something that she never wanted to do." That pressure might have led to feelings of "resentment" toward her ex, according to another of Us Weekly's sources close to the actress. Jolie "wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down," per the insider. On a similar note, during her interview for the December 2019/January 2020 issue of Harper's BAZAAR, Jolie was asked to describe a time she and her family "butted up" against "unspoken societal limits.""I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18," the actress admitted, before adding that her custody agreement with Pitt made the move impossible until then. "Right now I'm having to base where their father chooses to live."Jolie also opened up about finding herself again in recent years during her BAZAAR interview."The part of us that is free, wild, open, curious can get shut down by life. By pain or by harm," she said. "My children know my true self, and they have helped me to find it again and to embrace it. They have been through a lot. I learn from their strength. As parents, we encourage our kids to embrace all that they are, and all that they know in their hearts to be right, and they look back at us and want the same for us." It certainly sounds like Angelina Jolie is finding all of the strength she needs to move forward with every aspect of her life—not that we'd ever expect anything different.
