Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie could tie the knot on a ship in Scottish waters on the advice of their son.The couple are thought to be organising their nuptials to take place somewhere in Europe.Apparently they have been making serious enquiries about tying the knot in Scottish waters aboard the Hebridean Princess. The suggestion reportedly came from the couple’s adopted son.“It was Maddox who came up with the idea of the ship,” a source told British newspaper The Sun. “He came across it after looking back at photos of the Carnell Estate in Ayrshire, where they stayed and all loved.“So now they’ve made enquiries into booking the whole vessel.” The ship would accommodate plenty of guests. The couple would also have the option of moving it to different locations which could help to ensure their affair isn’t hijacked by paparazzi.“It’s just what they’re after. It can hold up to 50 of their friends and family and serve as a traditional, romantic setting - all totally private,” the insider continued.“Or they could always sail to a secluded bay off the Orkney or Shetland islands and have the ceremony there. The kids are all hooked on old British voyages, so they would love it. The fact that Maddox found it makes it more special.”The duo originally planned on saying “I do” at their French chateau, it is claimed. But it seems as if they may put down over $450,000 to enjoy the ship with a storied history.Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II booked the Hebridean Princess in 2006 to celebrate her 80th birthday. The royal used again in 2010 for a vacation with her husband Prince Philip.A spokesperson for Hebridean Island Cruises declined to confirm if Brad and Angelina had enquired.“We have a very confidential relationship with a number of high-profile guests,” Ken Charleson, the company’s chief operating officer, said.“I can’t confirm whether they have been making enquiries or not. But of course, they are more than welcome.”

Salma Hayek has done many interviews the past couple weeks as she promotes her movie "The Grown-Ups 2." In a recent one, she discussed Angelina Jolie's mastectomy.Hayek said she would have decided to get a double mastectomy if she learned she had the gene. But she also said she doesn't think she would have decided so quickly."To save myself, of course!" Hayek said. "I don't know if I would have done the same [as Jolie] so quickly, perhaps I would have had more faith, thought more positively that nothing was going to happen to me. But you know, I don't know, it's not fair to put yourself in that situation when you haven't been in it. I respect her decision a lot, of course. Plus, she looks great."

Ethan and Joel Coen are writing the script from previous drafts by William Nicholson and Richard LaGravenese.Universal picked up the rights to the book in January 2011, initially for Francis Lawrence to direct. Jolie boarded the project in December.Zamperini was a Los Angeles high school track star who raced in the 1936 Berlin Olympics on the U.S. team that included Jesse Owens. In 1943, his Air Force plane crashed in the Pacific. He survived without food and water for 47 days, enduring shark attacks, aerial attacks and hunger before washing ashore on a Japanese island behind enemy lines, where he was held as a prisoner of war for two years and tortured by his captors.“I’ve had the privilege of spending a great deal of time with Louie Zamperini, who is a hero of mine, and now -- I am proud to say -- a dear friend,” said Jolie. “I am deeply honored to be telling his extraordinary story, and I will do my absolute best to give him the film he deserves. I am grateful to Universal for making this film a priority.” Jolie, who previously directed In the Land of Blood and Honey, is producing with Matthew Baer and Erwin Stoff. Walden Media will co-finance the film, which is set to start production in September. Ten-time Oscar nominee Roger Deakins has boarded the project as cinematographer.
