McFeasting! Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's brood get a burger fix as they head out of Sydney hotel for a snack

With mum and dad the centre of attention this week, the Jolie-Pitt children have remained slightly under the radar since landing Down Under this week. But while Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt enjoy the glitz and glam of Sydney, the couple's little ones aren't staying holed up in the family's luxury harbourside digs.A source told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday that the while their superstar mother was busy addressing the media at a press conference for her new film, Unbroken, the Jolie-Pitt kids headed to McDonald's in Darling Harbour. The morning breakfast stop was the first time their youngest three, Shiloh and twins Knox and Vivienne were seen in Australia. While in the Harbour City for several months last year and earlier in 2014, sons Maddox, 13, Pax, 10 and Knox, 6, and daughters Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8 and Vivienne, 6, were frequent visitors to tourist attractions like Luna Park, Wildlife World and Taronga Zoo.This time, however they appear to be enjoying the spoils of the luxurious presidential suite at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sydney's CBD. While his children were tucking into tasty treats at the fast food chain, Brad was hanging out back at the hotel. This is his second full day in Sydney, after arriving ahead of his new wife late on Sunday night.
She landed the following morning ahead of her film's premiere that evening, but it's unsure as to when the children arrived. Brad managed to arrive with little attention, sporting his trademark shades as he disembarked from the plane and into a waiting car.The World War Z star came straight from promoting his new film Fury in Japan, the most recent of several stops around the world to launch the movie. Now the Hollywood hunk is letting his gorgeous wife have her time in the spotlight.Shot in rural, coastal and city Australia and directed by the American beauty, Unbroken is based on the true story of WWII hero Louis Zamperini, an Olympic runner who joined the Air Force in 1941 and became stranded on a raft for 47 days after his plane was shot down.He survived, only to be captured by the Japanese.Zamperini himself passed away on July 2, at 97, just one week before the official trailer for the film Unbroken was released.

Angelina Jolie's Daughter Zahara Tattled on Brother Maddox For Kissing His Girlfriend

Kissing and telling! Angelina Jolie's daughter Zahara, 9, once tattled on her big brother Maddox, 13, for kissing his girlfriend, and Vanity Fair writer Janine Di Giovanni was there to witness the adorable sibling moment.Giovanni, who wrote the December 2014 cover story on the actress, director and humanitarian, recalled the incident, which took place in Jolie's hotel room when little Zahara ran to Jolie to spill that her bro was getting cozy with his lady friend."Her daughter Zahara wanders in and leans over, 'What honey?' Jolie asks her," Di Giovanni writes. "With their faces pressed close together, Zahara shares a secret, prompting a laugh. Later, Jolie says in a mock-staged whisper, 'She said Mad and his girlfriend are kissing.'" Brad Pitt's wife outed her teenage son's love life herself during a May 2014 interview with Entertainment Tonight. "He's dating, he's got a girlfriend," she admitted. "She's great. I won't embarrass him. She's lovely. She lives in England. She's very cool."

Brad Pitt Praises He And Angelina Jolie's Kids' Behavior During Post-Wedding Meeting With Queen Of England

Brad Pitt says that he and Angelina Jolie's six kids—Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 6—didn't embarrass America when they met the Queen of England during Jolie's dame ceremony earlier this month."That was a lovely day for our whole family. We were offered the opportunity to bring the kids in to meet the Queen afterwards, and I have to say I have never seen them so still and respectful in my whole life," Pitt, 50, told Hello! Magazine. "To see them bowing and curtseying and saying 'Your Majesty' was an absolute delight."Meeting the kings and queens of the world's most powerful countries builds character, Pitt opined."Travel is the best education there is," he said. "I had never been on a plane till I was 24 or 25, so when I started to travel abroad, whether it was to Netherlands or Tokyo or Belgium, it was all such an experience."Pitt's upcoming movie "By the Sea," written and directed by Jolie, took the "Moneyball" star to Malta, where he was forced to speak French for the role."I think my French is pretty good, so my writer/director put a lot of the language into the script and we'll see how I do," he said. "My writer/director is tough as nails, as you know."Jolie's "Unbroken," which she directed and produced, hits theaters later this year and may compete with Pitt's "Fury" at the Academy Awards. The prospect of battling his wife for an Oscar doesn't bother Pitt, however."I often end up with movies competing with my friends' movies and I always feel that it's great when we all make it there," he said. "I am immensely proud of Angie, she's made an incredible movie, which is a big story about the triumph of the human spirit - we're certainly not pitted against each other and I hope 'Unbroken' gets all the recognition it deserves."

Billy Bob Thornton Talks Angelina Jolie: "She Thought it Would be Romantic to Slice Our Fingers"

Vials of blood, dungeons and razorblades! Billy Bob Thornton's relationship with Angelina Jolie sounded pretty out there at the time. Now, the Fargo actor is setting the record straight about his "whirlwind" relationship with Jolie, although he does admit that time of his life was "pretty crazy." Talking with The Hollywood Reporter, Thornton, 59, explained the "vials of blood" that he and Brad Pitt's current wife became notorious for during the early 2000s, weren't all that they seemed."I mean it was a crazy time. I've never been fond of it," the actor explained. "[The] vial of blood is very simple. You know those lockets you buy that are clear and you put a picture of your grannie in and wear it around your neck? She bought two of those," he told the outlet."We were apart a lot because she's off making Tomb Raider and I'm making Monster’s Ball. She thought it would be interesting and romantic if we took a little razorblade and sliced our fingers, smeared a little blood on these lockets and you wear it around your neck just like you wear your son or daughter’s baby hair in one. Same thing. From that, we were wearing quart jars of blood around our necks. And we were vampires and we lived in a dungeon." There was, in fact, no dungeon, Thornton insists. Reports suggesting there were, were the result of selective hearing."I mean, it had some basis in fact. We had a basement which I had a recording studio in. So when I tell a journalist I stay down in the dungeon all the time, you know, recording music, they don’t hear 'recording music,' they hear 'dungeon,'" he explained. "You know, because it makes a better story." Jolie and Thornton were married for 3 years between 2000 and 2003. In 2012 the actor told ABC's Nightline he still had a lot of affection for Jolie."We had a great time together," he said. "We had a great marriage and I chickened out because I didn't feel good enough. That's all that happened. It was no big deal, we never hated each other."

Newlyweds Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie take their children bowling during working honeymoon in Malta

They've been keeping their children entertained while honeymooning and filming in Malta. And come Sunday, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt took four of their kids for a fun day out at Lucky Jack's Bar, Grill, and Bowling. The power couple were pictured being escorted out of the venue and into a large white vehicle along with Zahara, nine, Shiloh, eight, and six-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Not present were Maddox, 13, and Pax, 10.It was quite a busy endeavour, with numerous individuals hovering in the same vicinity.Angelina, 39, wore her usual all black outfit, consisting of an oversized tank top paired with loose-fitted trousers and sandals. She carried a large handbag, wore her dark hair swept back in an elegant knot, and shielded her eyes with tortoiseshell sunglasses.Brad, 50, coordinated with his partner in head-to-toe black, though he topped off the look with a mustard yellow fedora. They've been enjoying a lengthy family honeymoon in Malta since tying the knot in a private ceremony in the South of France last month. And there, Brad and Angelina have already begun work on their new film By The Sea, which will see them reunite on screen for the second time. The romantic drama is set in France in the mid-1970s, where ‘Vanessa, a former dancer, and her husband Roland, an American writer, travel the country together,’ according to IMDB.
‘They seem to be growing apart, but when they linger in one quiet, seaside town they begin to draw close to some of its more vibrant inhabitants, such as a local bar/café-keeper and a hotel owner.’The film is written, directed, and stars Angelina as Vanessa, while Brad plays Roland. The area is in lockdown after the couple paid local businesses to close up shop to provide them with complete privacy as they start filming. They have also reportedly rented out 12 villas around Mgarr ix-Xini Bay for everyone who is working on the movie, setting them back a cool $230,000.The A-list actors, who met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005, are famously hands-on parents and ensured their children took centre stage at their wedding.Angelina let her kids decorate her wedding dress, walking down the aisle in a gorgeous white satin gown and long veil that featured colourful hand-drawn doodles. She told HELLO!: 'I wanted the kids to be a part of everything including the dress because that's our family; that represents the way we live our life together.'The couple eschewed recorded music and instead Angelina entered to Here Comes The Bride hummed by Brad, the children and the 20-odd guests.Sons Maddox and Pax proudly walked their mother down the aisle, while Zahara and Vivienne tossed petals as they lined the path, and Shiloh and Knox acted as joint ring bearers.Brad and Angelina have barely taken a break since the August 23 ceremony on the grounds of their sprawling Château Miraval estate.
