Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are legally single again more than two years after she filed for divorce from the actor. On Friday they filed a judgment in their divorce that restored their single status, according to The Blast.Court documents were submitted that show a judge ruled on their bifurcation, which permits a divorce case to be finalized with certain aspects, such as property, to be dealt with after dissolution. This comes after The Sun claimed this week that the Oscar-winning beauty, 43, wanted to slow down the divorce process in hopes of winning back Pitt's heart. They have yet to finalize their divorce. And it looks like it won't be finalized anytime soon as Judge John Ouderkirk extended to their divorce case until December 31, 2019.The two continue to use a court-approved therapist, Dr Stan Katz, to work on their partnership as they co-parent. They have six children together: Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 12, and 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. They met on the 2005 film Mr And Mrs Smith, welcomed Shiloh in 2006 and in 2014 wed in France. In 2016 she filed for divorce. Jolie and Pitt have been negotiating back and forth over over custody of their children as well as their finances. At first she wanted primary custody, but now they have joint custody. As far as Angelina longing to get back together with Brad, The Sun said, 'Angelina has made it clear to Brad that she wants to be back in a relationship with him.'DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives of Jolie and Pitt seeking comment.
The actress, according to the report, is 'dragging out' the divorce negotiations in the hope of a reconciliation. 'She would like them to be a family again and doesn’t seem capable of moving on,' The Sun's source claimed. 'That’s why she is making it so difficult for Brad with every detail of their divorce.' The newspaper goes on to report that Pitt isn't interested in getting back together with his ex but does want to maintain an amicable relationship with Jolie for the sake of their kids. The Sun's source stated: 'He just wants it all settled — in reality, this could have been over a year ago — but she won’t let go.' In January, Jolie and Pitt, 55, were seen meeting together twice at attorneys offices in Beverly Hills as they work on the details of their divorce.Pitt was previously married to Friends star Jennifer Aniston from 2000 to 2005.Jolie had two previous marriages - to Johnny Lee Miller from 1996 to 1999 and to Billy Bob Thornton from 2000 to 2003.While Angelina has not been romantically linked to anyone since she split from Brad, sources have claimed that Pitt has been dating Charlize Theron.Recently, however, Theron said she was very single. Brad's next movie is Once Upon A Time In Hollywood while Angelina's is Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.

Angelina Jolie Leaking Drunken Brad Pitt Video To Win Custody Of Kids?

One of this week’s tabloids claims Angelina Jolie has footage of a drunken Brad Pitt during the 2016 flight that ended their marriage, and now she plans to leak the video to win custody of their six kids. The story is completely inaccurate. Gossip Cop can correct it.Jolie filed for divorce from her estranged husband in September 2016 shortly after the actor got into an altercation with their oldest son Maddox during a private flight from France to Los Angeles. According to Star, someone allegedly recorded the incident from the tarmac of the airport where the ex-couple’s plane stopped to refuel. The magazine contends the video shows Pitt stumbling out of the jet and going for a “drunken joyride” in an airport golf cart, nearly running over airline workers in the process.A so-called “insider” tells the outlet that Jolie and her lawyers have copies of the footage and plan “to use it against Brad to keep the kids,” adding, “Angie sees this as her ace in the hole. Ever since she saw the video, Angie has been up all night plotting, talking to her lawyers and taking notes.” The supposed source further asserts, “She is fully prepared to leak the video to news media to get what she wants… If this video becomes public, it would crush him. But Angie is so fixated on winning this court battle, she doesn’t care.”The tabloid’s article, however, is entirely off-base. For starters, there’s a question as to whether or not any tape of Pitt at the airport actually exists, but even if there is some sort of footage, it’s clearly not incriminating since it would have already been included with Jolie’s previous court filings. Significantly, if this were truly Jolie’s “ace in the hole,” it would have helped her to win custody some time ago. But as widely reported in December 2018, Pitt has received more custody and time with his and Jolie’s kids.
It also bears mentioning, Star can’t prove that such a tape exists. The tabloid boasts on its cover that it has “world exclusive photos” from the video, but the pictures published on its cover note in much smaller print that the images are simply “simulation[s].”This isn’t the first time we’ve caught the magazine manufacturing photos. Nearly a year ago, Gossip Cop called out the tabloid when it ran an entirely fictitious story about Pitt and Jennifer Aniston having been caught kissing. To illustrate that phony report, the publication photoshopped a picture of Pitt kissing Jolie nine years ago and merged it with an image of Aniston kissing Jason Bateman on the set of the 2010 movie The Switch. This time around, since there are no actual photos of Pitt drunk on an airport tarmac, the outlet simply created them with a body double. The magazine has a track record for publishing falsehoods about Pitt on its front page. Just two weeks ago, for example, Gossip Cop busted the same tabloid when it wrongly maintained on its cover how Pitt and Jolie’s daughter Shiloh demanded to live with her grandparents in Missouri. And if one’s still unsure of the outlet’s credibility, it’s also the publication Gossip Cop exposed when it exclaimed on another cover a few months ago how Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were having a baby after rekindling their romance.Additionally, Pitt quit drinking shortly after the 2016 incident on the airplane, and he’s remained sober ever since. It should also be noted, Star’s new cover story is a rehash of a questionable report that emerged around the time of the altercation on the private jet. In September 2016, the magazine’s sister publication, Us Weekly, claimed Pitt and Jolie’s fight on the plane was caught on video. In the time since, no legitimate organization has confirmed that the footage exists, nor has any outlet indicated the video was submitted as evidence during the exes’ custody battle. The tabloid’s article isn’t just fake news, it’s also old news.

Angelina Jolie Doing Tell-All TV Interview About Brad Pitt?
- Details

- Written by Gossip Cop
Angelina Jolie is not doing a tell-all TV interview about Brad Pitt, despite a new report that repeats previously debunked claims. Gossip Cop can again correct this false narrative. We’re told trashing Pitt on TV is not on the actress’s agenda.RadarOnline contends in a new article it has “exclusively” learned Jolie is tired of being “demonized,” and will get “off her chest” how she feels about Pitt. The outlet then quotes a supposed “insider” as stating, “Part of their settlement includes a clause preventing her from directly publicly trashing him, but Angie is smart enough to find a way around that.” According to the blog’s “informant,” Jolie will bypass any nondisclosure agreement by going on TV show and promoting “charities” that help women in “abusive relationships… stuff that’ll be indirectly aimed at Brad.” Not only is this premise untrue, but contrary to the site’s claim, it’s also not “exclusive” at all. In fact, other than changing “Ange” to “Angie” for its story, the outlet is actually ripping off several quotations from Heat, which Gossip Cop first busted about two weeks ago when it wrongly maintained Jolie was “plotting revenge” on Pitt by doing a TV interviews. For other examples, the Heat article also asserted Jolie felt “demonized,” and that she would get back at Pitt by “promoting charities” related to “single moms” who have to deal with “alcoholic dads.” At the time, Gossip Cop checked with a Jolie confidante, who on condition of anonymity, assured us the report was 100 percent fabricated. We were told then that the Oscar-winner has no plans whatsoever to go on TV to slam the father of her six children. Nothing has changed in the two weeks since that bogus narrative was first published by the British tabloid and now when RadarOnline bizarrely claims its “exclusive.”
It bears mentioning that when Pitt and Jolie reached a custody agreement last month, an insider in Jolie’s camp told the more reputable “Entertainment Tonight” the actress was “pleased to be entering the next stage and relieved at the progress for the health of their family.” The reality is Jolie will not be alluding on TV or otherwise to “charities” or anything that could negatively be construed as relating to Pitt because she doesn’t want to jeopardize the current custody arrangement. In June, Jolie was even warned she could lose physical custody of the kids, if she didn’t foster a better relationship between them and their father. She’s not going to risk it all for a few cheap jabs on TV.Of course that website hasn’t exactly been a beacon of accuracy with its stories about Jolie. One year ago, for instance, Gossip Cop shot down the blog’s article about how Jolie and Pitt were getting “back together for Christmas.” In that tall tale, the outlet alleged the estranged spouses had ironed out their differences and hadn’t “ruled out a full reconciliation.” Obviously, that was completely wrong. Also absurd was the blog’s article about how Jolie was “getting serious” with a mystery British man. Like the current story, the premise of her dating an unknown English millionaire and “philanthropist” was also floated first by other outlets before RadarOnline foolishly glommed on to it. As Gossip Cop said from the beginning, and time again has proven us right, Jolie never had a “mystery” man, nor has she dated anyone since her split from Pitt. For Gossip Cop, it’s hard to decide what’s worse: The original made-up tabloid story about Jolie planning to get back at Pitt in TV interviews or the website repeating the falsehood (and then calling it “exclusive”)”? Or was it, in this case, AOL simply picking up and re-posting the blog’s report without fact-checking it? Regardless of what’s worse, it’s still pretty bad journalism.
