In her first interview since since filing for divorce from Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie only had very nice things to say about her estranged husband.Jolie even referred to Pitt as a wonderful father while speaking last month to the BBC.But a new report suggests that Jolie isn't about to gush in a similar manner over Amal Clooney, not based on how Angelina truly feels about George's better half.According to Life & Style insiders, Pitt and Clooney may be long-time, close friends who have worked on multiple movies together... ... but they were scarcely on speaking terms just a few months ago as a result of Jolie's beef with the successful human rights attorney."Angie couldn't stand being around Amal," an insider explains, looking back on the days of when the two couples would hang out."Not because Amal was unkind or rude, but solely because Angie was filled with envy."Jolie, who doesn't have the best reputation on the planet, made no secret of her jealousy either, this same source claims.Angelina reportedly refused to see the Clooneys, while making negative comments about Amal to mutual friends."Angelina would even knock Amal's looks and fashion sense," the tabloid writes. "Amal seemed to ignore it, but George didn't want to sit by and watch his wife get cut down." The relationship (or lackthereof) between their wives affected the actors."Brad wouldn't stand up to Angie," the magazine claims, which led to the stars simply not spending a lot of time together.Way back in 2011, Jolie spoke to Marie Claire about her lack of true pals. Especially those of the same gender."I have few girlfriends, I just... I stay at home a lot," she told the publication. "I'm just not very social." This doesn't exactly come as earth-shattering news.Jolie, of course, stunned the universe when she filed to divorce Pitt in September. She cited "irreconcilable differences" at the time, but it didn't take long for the Internet to speculate over the actual basis for the split.Many reports claimed that Jolie thought Pitt was a bad father, specifically referencing an incident on board a private airplane in which he got into an argument with 15-year old son Maddox.The FBI investigated this confrontation and did not find any evidence of physical abuse on Pitt's part.Since then, the sides have traded barbs through their lawyers, but have said very little about each other in public."I don't want to say very much about that, except to say it was a very difficult time," Jolie said in the BBC interview from last month.She added at the time:"We are a family and we will always be a family, and we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family for it." We just doubt George and Amal will be spending any future holidays with Brad and Angelina.

It was precisely a month ago when we learned — along with premiering two new films this year — Terrence Malick was planning to direct a perfume commercial for Guerlain starring Angelina Jolie. As the new face of the French company’s campaign for their fragrance Mon Guerlain, Jolie is donating her entire paycheck to a charity of her choosing, and now they’ve kicked things off with the launch of the ad.Backed by Andy Quin‘s gorgeous song “Awakening” — used previously by Malick in the trailer for To the Wonder — it’s a beautiful, one-minute commercial which features the director’s angelic imagery of nature, his star, and of course, some perfume. Angelina Jolie is renting a second luxury home in Malibu for her and her six kids amid her ongoing custody battle with estranged husband Brad Pitt, a source exclusively reveals to Us Weekly.The secluded new rental, which goes for $35,000 per month, is a mile away from her other Malibu rental. The 5,097-square-foot second home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms along with a pool, tennis court, guest house and private beach."The kids go back and forth between the two houses, and she also has nannies and staff that stay at both,” the insider tells Us. "The kids have been utilizing the pools at both houses when the weather is nice, and the second house has a tennis court where they can skateboard and play ball. Angelina spends most of her time at the first house, but she likes to have options and be able to move everyone around.” The Maleficent actress, 41 — who has been living with Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8, since the split — set up the first rental house before she filed for divorce from Pitt, 53, in September. Some of the amenities in the five-bedroom, 4,400-square-foot estate include a media room, in-home theater and guest home with a gym.Prior to the shocking split, the globe-trotting family had stayed at a home owned by Pitt when they were in the L.A. area. The Allied actor has digs in Los Feliz that he purchased before he started dating Jolie.The former couple recently came to an agreement to deal with their messy divorce and custody battle privately, after Pitt’s emergency request to seal the case was rejected by a court. Jolie is seeking sole physical custody, and Pitt filed for joint physical custody of the kids in response. “The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues,” their reps told Us in a joint statement on Monday, January 9. “The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification.”

Angelina Jolie has an endgame in her claims Brad Pitt abused one or more of their children -- she wants to move to London with the kids and score a top position in the United Nations ... sources connected with the couple tell TMZ.Several well-placed sources say Brad and Angelina have not gotten along for more than a year, and she's been looking for an opportunity to end the marriage and bolt for her dream job ... with all 6 children in tow. We're told she knew that would be nearly impossible unless Brad's right to joint custody was in jeopardy.As we reported ... Angelina told L.A. County Dept of Child and Family Services officials Brad brutalized Maddox on a private jet and engaged in other conduct that endangered the children. We know Brad strongly denied intentionally striking Maddox or engaging in any abuse, and DCFS clearly saw it his way ... closing out the investigation without taking any action.Our sources say Angelina's move to involve DCFS was orchestrated by 2 women she's been relying on for advice for more than a year. One is a member of England's House of Lords, and the other also holds a U.K. government position. The false rumor was started by Radar Online, a source that has published several false stories about the couple in the past. “Where there’s smoke, there’s Angelina Jolie! Radar Online thinks it’s quite ironic that Jolie is smoking, especially since her mother died of cancer (although it was not lung cancer).
