Peter Dinklage was recently interviewed by Playboy Magazine, and he discusses everything from Game of Thrones to awards to dissing 'Brangelina'. When Dinklage won the Best Supporting Actor award during the Emmys last year, he supposedly dissed Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. When discussing the incident now, he says, "My friends were less concerned with what I said than that I apparently brushed off Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on my way to the stage. When you're in that moment and you're about to accept an award and you have no idea what you're going to say, you don't notice that Brad and Angelina are reaching out to say hello. All I saw was a sea of people I needed to get through. Friends don't care about issues like dwarf tossing. They only care about "Dude, you dissed Brangelina." When referring to the dwarf-tossing incident, Dinklage is talking about the case of Martin Henderson, who was paralyzed during an attack in Britain. Dinklage spoke about him during the speech, and he says that although he initially didn't want to be one of those actors with a political cause, he realized that the world is 'kind of f***ed up, and sometimes you have to put a Band-Aid on the broken leg.' Dinklage currently stars as Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, which is currently in the beginning of airing its third season. Tyrion is fan favorite on the show, and Dinklage himself has admitted that this is one his favorite characters. 'Game of Thrones' airs every Sunday on HBO.

And to think Nadya Suleman didn't even know who Angelina Jolie was when we first met her (or so she told Oprah Winfrey). It's safe to say that Octomom is more than well aware of the superstar now, considering she took on several of Jolie's most famous poses in a photo spread for In Touch Weekly.Suleman channeled Brad Pitt's lady (helping to inspire a new trend called "Jolie-ing") by copying the celeb's famous leggy look at the Oscars last year and venturing into Lara Croft-in-Tomb Raider mode. But the comparisons didn't stop there. Suleman also compared herself to Jolie when it comes to motherhood, saying that her doppelgänger-for-a-day has it easy."I do a lot!" the mother of 14 told the mag. "I'm a cook, a chauffeur and a nanny," she said, adding that she doesn't have some of the perks that other celebrity mothers have.Regardless, Octomom said that she "admires" Jolie because she "saves childrens' lives," but admits that they don't have much in common other than their full households. "I get that we both have a lot of kids, but I don't think I look anything like her."Although she's obviously willing to try.

I'm totally okay with it, though, and definitely don't spend time thinking about it. It doesn't stop me enjoying my life."I also have the opposite of body dysmorphia where when I'm a bit chubby, I think I look kind of great. I'm like, 'Damn, you look good!' And everyone else is like, 'No, you're fat'."I'd like five kids. I want to adopt. How amazing are Brad and Angelina, though? I don't know how they do it, I have one kid and I'm exhausted. I don't do one-sixteenth of what that woman does." Pink, who has been married to Carey Hart since 2006, has also opened up about her marriage which has made the headlines in recent years with the couple temporarily splitting in 2008 and reuniting in 2010."I worry about everything. I'll say, 'We need to talk about the way you passed me the butter this morning because I feel like it's over between us',” she said. "It's not men's fault that they don't speak your language, it's just you have to figure out a way to get around it."Women pay more of a price emotionally. I watch Carey leave the house and he doesn't look back. He's a fantastic father but men deal with it differently."They don't take on guilt. When I'm gone for five minutes, I'm questioning everything. But how wonderful for a girl to grow up seeing her mother doing what she loves. So there are pros and cons."

Model Slams Angelina Jolie and Madonna for Adopting Kids in Africa

Mozambique-born model-turned-humanitarian Tasha de Vasconcelos has hit out at celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Madonna for adopting children from Africa rather than donating the money and time needed to help them survive in their own country.“There is something inside me that cries every day for not being in the place where I was born,” she tells The Independent about her family fleeing Mozambique when she was ten years old after a civil war broke out. “That’s how I truly know that you don’t take a child out of Africa. If you want to help them, you help them inside their country.” The 46-year-old, who grew up in Canada and is now based in London, spoke out as she prepares to open an eye clinic in Malawi through Amor – a charity she launched in 2006.She added that Madonna and Angelina are “ripping the heart” out of Africa by “throwing money” at problems there and taking the children away to be raised in Hollywood. She said: “As a refugee I have experienced the impact of leaving behind cousins, family members, grandparents and, most of all, the land we all love. This is why I do not advocate adoption out of Africa to a Hollywood lifestyle, as Madonna and Angelina Jolie have done.”
Whilst a spokesperson for Madonna has slammed her comments as “reckless”, I totally agree with what Tasha de Vasconcelos says.Madonna and Angelina are both trying to help the countries that they have adopted their children from by building schools and opening various charitable foundations based there. And, whilst I do think their intentions behind adopting from abroad were largely good, there’s clearly an element of self-promotion at hand here.It comes off as “Look at me! aren’t I great! I adopted a kid from Africa!” but once home, do they have the time to devote to giving that child all it needs emotionally to adjust to its new life? With their careers and their other children demanding the lion’s share of their time, I’m not convinced that either woman is able to ensure that they instil the sense of security into their adopted children that would help ease the clawing sense of abandonment that all kids who’ve been adopted wrestle with throughout their lives. Is it better for a child to be raised by nannies employed by a wealthy American celebrity and spend their time flying between five-star residences around the world on a private jet or for them to grow up amongst their friends and families in the countries they were born in, with the money for their upbringing being channeled there for education, healthcare and the means to feed themselves? Are Pax, Maddox and Zahara Jolie-Pitt and Davey Banda and Mercy James happier now than they would have been had they been raised in better conditions in Vietnam, Cambodia, Ethiopia and Malawi respectively? It’d be easy to dig out a series of photographs of them looking miserable and post them when in fact, time, and they themselves in another fifteen years or so will tell.

Lana Del Rey gets in touch with her hippie bohemian side as she graces the cover of a top French magazine. The singer looks like a true child of the 1960s as she sits in a retro-style straw chair with her hair held in place by a leather head band. The laid back 26-year-old was photographed by French fashion photographer Jean-Baptiste Mondino for Le Figaro madame magazine as she admitted she wants to be like Angelina Jolie.Speaking candidly to the publication about her charity work, Lana revealed that she admires Jolie and her involvement with African charities. She said: 'Music was my passion, but my work with this foundation is more important. I myself had the chance to be [helped by an establishment].'Helping others now feels like it's my turn to give something back. I want to become a sort of Angelina Jolie.'Like her, I think fame is nothing in itself, but it can be put to good use - by using it to generate money for charity for example.'
Lana's past alcohol issues perhaps stemmed from her artistic temperament and feeling odd compared to other children when growing up.She said: 'As a child, I felt different, she says. I always wanted to make my life a work of art.'The singer has certainly managed to achieve her aspirations as she sits picture perfect wearing a cool brown suede snake skin lined jacket.Looking like the embodiment of a mellow artist, Lana discussed how she began drinking at age 14 and was sent to detox at age 16 by her parents. The demons of her past alcohol issues still haunt her today and she said: 'When you no longer drink, it is more difficult to celebrate.'In fact, when I quit drinking, I lost my life. It took my all to reinvent myself. Find the roots. It was very difficult. At the same time, I had never felt rooted in whatever I've done or wherever I've been since.
