A new report by RadarOnline claims that Kim Kardashian looks up to Angelina Jolie as her role model. Several sources even revealed to OK! Magazine that the famous Kardashian sister has been interested in working with the United Nations. It all started when she visited her homeland of Armenia last April. “Kim wants to be the new Angelina Jolie and earn her charity stripes via the UN.” The alleged source also noted that Kim Kardashian was also the one who talked Kourtney Kardashian out of giving back. Now, it looks like she’s turning a new leaf. She doesn’t want to be seen as a dumb bombshell or a reality star. “Kourtney wanted to get involved in activism on behalf of Armenia and Kim stopped her. But Kim’s really interested in building up a philanthropic portfolio and stepping away from her ‘greed is good’ reputation.” It would be the first time that Kardashian has worked with the United Nations. It’s not a stretch though, since she has worked for other organizations in the past, as has talked about Armenian genocide on her Twitter account. On an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, she would talk about how her late father, Robert Kardashian, brought her to Skid Row to see how the less fortunate lived. Kardashian would also serve food to the homeless in Los Angeles.

MAD MAX star Charlize Theron and Angelina Jolie have been linked to the next major Marvel comic book adaptation of Captain Marvel aka Carol Danvers.After recent criticisms that the Avengers films only have one ‘token’ female leading character, Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow, Captain Marvel will be the first major female superhero in the Marvel Universe to front her own film.Apparently both actresses are keen to be involved in such a ground-breaking project.“Marvel has been courting Angie to direct the project, and Charlize is a clear fan favourite for the starring role,” an insider said.Theron is currently drawing rave reviews from comic book and sci-fi fans and critics ass Imperator Furiosa in Mad Max: Fury Road.The two Hollywood beauties have recently become friends after Theron started dating Sean Penn, who is a close buddy of Jolie’s hubbie Brad Pitt.

The upcoming film will focus on the story of one of the female Captain Marvels, Carol Danvers, a human woman who receives powers from an encounter from the alien Kree Empire.Despite feverish fan speculation, casting has not yet been announced and Game of Thrones star Natalie Dormer has also been linked to the role, as well as Emily Blunt and Battlestar Galactica’s Katie Sackhoff.Captain Marvel will be the twentieth film to be released by Marvel Studios for the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is slated for release in 2018.
