Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son Pax was spotted leaving a smoke shop in LA on Sunday, as the A-list couple's messy divorce continues to rage on. The 20-year-old, who is one of the former couple's six children, cut a casual figure in a white T-shirt and jogging bottom as well as a black hoodie which he later removed. Pax kept a low profile and donned a beanie and a large backpack following the shopping trip before jumping on his $3K electric dirt bike.It comes after Brad and Angelina's daughter Vivienne dropped the last name Pitt from her moniker in The Outsiders Playbill. The 15-year-old helped the veteran actress, 48, produce the show and according to People, the former couple's daughter was listed as Vivienne Jolie in the literature, instead of Vivienne Jolie-Pitt.It's unknown if she has legally changed her name. The move comes after last week Angelina was ordered by a judge to turn over every NDA agreement that she signed with a third-party over an eight-year period amid the ex spouses' ongoing legal battle. Vivienne's name change comes after her older sister Zahara made a similar choice in public. Last November, when she was inducted into the AKA sorority at Spelman College, the 19-year-old student appeared to drop her father's last name as she introduced herself. In a video clip shared by Essence magazine, she stated, 'My name is Zahara Marley Jolie.' Pitt has also faced scorn from his son Pax, 20, who called him a 'world-class a**hole' and a 'despicable person' in an explosive instagram rant revealed by DailyMail.com. Angelina and Brad, 60, split over seven years ago, but the exes have been embroiled in a contentious feud over custody, the circumstances under which their relationship ended, and their ongoing business affairs. Vivienne's is credited as a producer assistant for The Outsiders play. Meanwhile, Angelina's blurb reads: 'Angelina is thrilled to be working on her first theatrical producing venture alongside her daughter, Vivienne, who is a theatre student and supporter of the arts.'
The Hollywood fixture announced her plans to produce the show — an adaptation of Francis Ford Coppola's 1983 film — in August 2023. The proud mom gushed about her daughter to People during the production's opening night in April, 'She saw an early workshop a few times and then invited me to it.' The Mr. and Mrs. Smith actress added, 'Viv is a young artist who focuses her efforts on her support of others. 'She has been there to assist in any way she can and has learned so much from Justin Levine and the whole creative team.' In addition to Vivienne and Zahara, Angelina and Brad share sons Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, daughter Shiloh, 17, and Vivienne's twin brother Knox, 15. Angelina filed for divorce from the actor in 2019 after five years of marriage. The union ended on a contentious not and their children appear to have taken sides, straining the relationship with their father. The two filmmakers have been locked in a bitter battle over their French vineyard and home after the Tomb Raider star sold her $64 million stake to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler in 2021. Pitt has branded his ex-wife a hypocrite for claiming he wanted to use an NDA in the sale of their French vineyard to 'control' her, despite regularly gagging her own staff with similar contracts. The Chateau Miraval estate, which produces an award-winning sparkling rosé, is at the center of a long-running court battle between the pair.Pax, who Brad and Angelina adopted from Vietnam, called his father a 'world class a**hole' who makes his four youngest children 'tremble in fear' in an explosive Instagram rant posted for Father's Day 2020. DailyMail.com obtained the post, which had originally been shared privately, in November 2023. In the cutting post four years ago, Pax wrote: 'You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell. 'You may tell yourself and the world whatever you want but the truth will come to light someday.' He sarcastically added, 'So Happy Father's Day, you f*****g awful human being.'

Angelina Jolie looked incredible as she attended the Broadway opening night of her musical, The Outsiders, on Thursday. The Oscar-winning actress, 48, who is embroiled in a lawsuit with ex-husband Brad Pitt, 60, over their French vineyard, wowed in a shimmering metallic gold gown teamed with a rust-hued cape as she posed. The star wore her blonde locks in soft waves and sported smoky eye make-up and red lipstick. The Bone Collector star was joined by daughter Vivienne, 15 at the premiere. The two notably have been working together on the project due to the teenager being interested in theater. Vivienne first saw a production of the musical in San Diego. Vivienne wore a stylish blue boiler suit for the event as she joined the cast and her mother on the red carpet. In a statement last year, Jolie said that her daughter, 'reminds me of my mother in that she isn't focused on being the center of attention but in being a support to other creatives.' 'She's very thoughtful and serious about theatre and working hard to best understand how to contribute,' the actress continued. 'I hope to be able to contribute while continuing to learn from this amazing team, who I have been working with since my daughter brought me to see the show at La Jolla Playhouse.' 'I can't begin to express how excited I am for this musical to make its Broadway debut and look forward to sharing this new adaptation of The Outsiders with the world.' Angelina's outing comes after her legal team said Brad Pitt was physically abusive to her before their 2016 row on a plane, in newly-filed legal documents linked to the former pair's battle over their French winery. Attorneys on Thursday for Jolie filed papers in a motion in Los Angeles County Superior Court, saying that Pitt had a history of being physically aggressive with Jolie before the well-documented September 14, 2016 row during a flight from Nice, France to L.A. Pitt has denied all of the allegations of physical abuse, and was not charged amid an FBI probe into the incident; Dailymail.com has reached out to Pitt's reps for comment on the story. 'While Pitt's history of physical abuse of Jolie started well before the family's September 2016 plane trip from France to Los Angeles, this flight marked the first time he turned his physical abuse on the children as well,' Jolie's legal team said in court docs about the ongoing legal proceedings.
A source close to the Maleficent actress said that Pitt declined to enter into counseling for domestic violence, and disregarded severe family problems by seeking partial custody of their six children: Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 17, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 15. 'Pitt never came to this understanding and not only sought 50-50 custodial time - including with children with whom he had not had a stable relationship in years - but also sought sole custody if the children did not sufficiently bond with him,' Jolie's lawyers told the court in legal docs. Jolie's legal team said in their court filing Thursday that 'despite this distressing request, Jolie still did not seek sole custody' of the children. 'Instead she advocated that the children's wishes and needs be prioritized, based in part on what the children felt they could do, and for a custody plan formulated in the children's best interest to heal.' Jolie's lawyer Paul Murphy told Dailymail.com in a statement that the information released in Thursday's filing is revealing of why the Fight Club actor wanted Jolie to sign a non-disclosure agreement amid the parting. 'Mr. Pitt refused to purchase Ms. Jolie's interest when she would not be silenced by his NDA,' Murphy said. 'By refusing to buy her interest but then suing her, Mr. Pitt put directly at issue why that NDA was so important to him and what he hoped it would bury: his abuse of Ms. Jolie and their family. After eight months of delays, this motion asks the Court to force Mr. Pitt to finally produce that evidence.' An insider close to the situation told Dailymail.com that the Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood actor has caused himself problems with his long-running litigation over the French winery. 'Pitt is drawing all of this out of Angelina,' the insider said. 'She does not want to be here, she does not want to be raising any of these facts, and she is doing it only because Pitt's lawsuit against her is forcing her to defend herself.'The insider described the situation as 'incredibly sad,' adding that Jolie 'just wishes' Pitt 'could move on and let her be.' By prolonging the legal battle over the winery - which the former couple purchased in 2008 for $28.4 million - Pitt has left himself more exposed to further problematic allegations that could circulate through the court system, and subsequently, to the public, the insider said. Pitt has since accused Jolie of being a 'hypocrite' due to claiming that he wanted her to sign an NDA to 'control' the actress amidst selling their French vineyard. The actor's lawyers informed the LA Superior Court on Friday that Jolie's claims regarding the NDA was simply a cover to 'rationalize' betraying Brad, per TMZ. His legal team also claimed that Angelina had asked Pitt to sign an NDA months later. Late last month in March, a source told DailyMail.com that the former couple's years-long divorce battle had been nearing the end and were in final negotiatio

She has starred in numerous acclaimed films and blockbusters over the years. But Angelina Jolie has revealed her daughter Vivienne Jolie–Pitt, 15, is much more of a theater aficionado than a cinephile — and she ended up being a 'tough assistant' to her on her latest theatre project. The 48-year-old Oscar winner shared on Thursday at the Broadway premiere of the musical adaptation of The Outsiders — which she produced — that Vivienne was the 'biggest theatre head' of the family, according to People.'Viv. Angelina Jolie was a guest on the Today show on Monday. And in the audience was a very special attendee: her daughter Vivienne Jolie–Pitt, 15. The teenager was watching her Oscar-winning mom as she plugged the musical they have been working on together.Angelina and Vivienne are the minds behind the new incarnation of The Outsiders, a musical version of the 1980s film starring Tom Cruise and Patrick Swayze that was based on a book. Vivienne smiled like a proud daughter as her mom talked away on the outdoor set called the Today Plaza about how their play is all about 'family.' Jolie shared Vivienne 'connected' to The Outsiders and suggested that they work on a stage version of their own. 'You mentioned your daughter Vivienne. She’s here today too. She’s working along with the cast but she turned you onto this. Tell us, how this came to be,' Hoda Kotb asked Jolie. That is when the camera zeroed in on Vivienne in the audience. Jolie answered, 'She did. But I think that’s to say for anybody watching and anybody who is going to see this and what they brought forward…this is about family. 'And the same reason it responded to her and the same reason she wanted me next to her watching it and the same reason we all hugged when I came out here is because this is about family.' Angelina Jolie debuted a whole new look while stepping out to dinner with her son Pax, 20, at the celebrity hotspot, Sushi Park, in Los Angeles on Wednesday. After grabbing a bite to eat at the $400-per-person strip mall sushi joint, the 48-year-old Oscar winner turned heads with her much lighter locks. While the rest of her hair appeared to be a golden, honey-blonde hue, she opted to keep her roots dark and wore minimal makeup to showcase her natural beauty. For the night out with her eldest, the actress, who recently wrapped shooting on her upcoming film Maria, in which she portrays iconic opera singer Maria Callas, wore an oversized sweater over a long white dress. The mother-of-six accessorized her chic ensemble with a black leather purse, worn in the crook of her right elbow. In addition to returning the screen this year with the highly-anticipated biopic, Maria, Jolie will be reprising her voice role as Master Tigress in the animated sequel Kung Fu Panda 4. Her films, Every Note Played and Maleficent 3 as well as her spy thriller Maude V Maude, also starring Halle Berry, are all in pre-production, according to IMBD. She's also working on the Broadway-bound musical adaptation of The Outsiders, based on S.E. Hinton's 1967 novel and Francis Ford Coppola's 1983 movie. Pax cut a casual figure in a white long sleeve, black beanie and matching pants. She adopted Pax from an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2007. He was just three years old. Her then-partner, Brad Pitt, formally adopted him the following year. When Pitt, 59, and Jolie, 48, split in 2016 just two years after they had married in a private ceremony in France, the children stayed with their mother amid reports of an altercation aboard a private jet between eldest son Maddox, 22, and his father.
In 2020, Pax allegedly slammed Pitt in an explosive Instagram rant on Father's Day.'You have made the lives of those closest to me a constant hell,' Pax wrote. In his post, Pax called his adoptive father 'a world class a**hole' adding: 'You time and time and again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person 'You have no consideration or empathy toward your four youngest children who tremble in fear when in your presence.'You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you're incapable of doing so.'Although Pax was the third child – after brother Maddox and sister Zahara – that Jolie adopted, he is one year older than Zahara. The four youngest children, who he claimed Pitt made tremble would be Zahara, now 18, and the couple's three biological children, Shiloh, 17, and 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.Jolie and Pitt met on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2005 while he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. They insisted at the time that there was no infidelity, but after a picture emerged of them on a beach in Kenya with Maddox, Aniston filed for divorce. But their fairytale romance fell apart in 2016 and the couple once known as 'Brangelina' have been embroiled in acrimonious battles ever since.Their divorce was finalized in 2019, and although Jolie initially had full custody of the children, an agreement was thrashed out in 2021 that allowed Pitt to have them 50 per cent of the time. But shortly afterwards, John Ouderkirk, the judge in charge of the case, was revealed to have a close business relationships with Pitt's lawyers. As a result, he was disqualified from the case and custody was returned to Jolie with Pitt allowed 'custodial visits' only.
Pitt was also investigated by the FBI and the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services over child abuse allegations following the alleged altercation with Maddox on a private jet five days before Jolie filed for divorce.Maddox is said to have stood up for Jolie during a fight between his parents.A source later told People, Pitt had been drunk at the time, adding: 'There was an argument between him and Angelina.'There was a parent-child argument which was not handled in the right way and escalated more than it should have.'Jolie told authorities Pitt had behaved 'like a monster' on the jet.Pitt was subsequently cleared of all charges and has since quit both booze and smoking cannabis and was photographed attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in September 2016.Although neither Pitt nor Jolie have ever spoken publicly about the incident, Jolie told Vogue in 2021 that she had dumped Pitt for the 'wellbeing' of her family. She added: 'It was the right decision. I continue to focus on their healing. Some have taken advantage of my silence, and the children see lies about themselves in the media, but I remind them that they know their own truth and their own minds.'In fact, they are six very brave, very strong young people.' The couple are still involved in a contentious $350 million battle over Chateau Miraval, the vineyard they bought in France. Jolie sold her half to a subsidiary of Stoli Group after the plane incident because, her lawyers said, she was 'uncomfortable' being involved in the sale of alcohol. In a filing, this summer, she called her ex a 'bully' who acted emotionally, irrationally and 'ultimately illegally' over the vineyard. He accused her of staging 'a hostile takeover of the business.'Pax remains close to his mother and has been seen with her in New York where she has been staying while creating her new Atelier Jolie line.Upon graduating from high school, he choose to skip the graduation ceremony to avoid paparazzi.Earlier this year, it was reported that he had become an artist – creating work under the pseudonym 'Embtto' – but the Page Six story turned out to be a hoax.
