Angelina Jolie has a new credit to add to her resume – executive producer of the Ethiopian movie Difret! The film will be heading to the 2014 Sundance Film Festival this week as an entry in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition and now it has one of the world’s biggest stars putting her support behind it. Angelina will be taking a presentation credit on the film and there is no word yet if the title will be changed, according to Deadline. The movie tells the story of a girl and a female lawyer who take on the Ethiopian tradition of “telefa,” which means marriage by abduction. “This film is a strong moment for art in Ethiopia”, Angelina said in a statement. “It is inspiring to see such an important story so beautifully illustrated with such creative talent. It draws out the richness of Ethiopian culture and shows how important legal advances can be made while respecting local culture. It is a story that gives hope for Ethiopia’s future, and for other countries where countless girls grow up without the protection of laws that shield them and their bodies, and shows how the courage of brave individuals can awaken the conscience of a society.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly planning for baby number seven. The Hollywood power couple allegedly decided that now is the right time to add to their brood over Christmas, when they'd spent precious time with their family. The couple are said to be keen to adopt, like they did with 12-year-old Maddox, Pax, ten and Zahara, nine. They also have biological children Shiloh, seven, and five-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne."Angelina and Brad have spent much of the festive period discussing extending their family. They've been open with the children about it and they are all excited at the prospect," a source close to the family revealed to British magazine Grazia.Brad, 50, and 38-year-old Angelina dedicate a lot of their time to charity work in Africa.Daughter Zahara was born in Ethiopia and they're currently building an AIDS clinic there in her name, donating $2million to get the project started."They have always wanted Zahara to have a sibling who shares her African heritage. Ideally they'd like a little girl aged between two and three."There is likely to be a visit to Ethiopia in the next few months to check on the proceedings at the clinic. But they will visit orphanages at the same time. They hope to have everything in place to go ahead with the adoption around April," the source added.Angelina has spoken openly in the past about the joy Brad and her children have brought her.The couple announced their engagement in 2012 but are yet to set a date to tie the knot."Brad has expanded my life in ways I never imagined. We built a family. He is not just the love of my life, he is my family. I hold that very dear."I suppose what I've learned from Brad is to be able to have the kind of family whose happiness and well-being comes before your own," Angelina previously told the US edition of Marie Claire magazine.

When Angelina Jolie flashed all that leg on the red carpet at the Oscars two years ago, she had to know she'd get attention. Duh. Of course. That's why she wore it. A is to B and the transitive property and blah blah...Here is Amber Heard rocking Angelina Jolie leg on the red carpet at the Golden Globes. It's not exactly Angelina Jolie leg—stick that gam out, Heard! —but the slit is up to there and it's close enough to keep the legacy of Angelina Jolie leg alive by comparison.

Angelina Jolie is not one to shy away from a challenge and her latest directorial effort is no different. The Oscar-winning actress is currently in Australia directing the harrowing WWII biopic Unbroken.I's not an easy feat, according to the film's screenwriters Joel and Ethan Coen, who talked to The Independent's Radar magazine, out Saturday.Shooting the life story of World War II hero Louis Zamperini is so challenging because of all the war and water scenes.'That movie is really a motherf***er ... a difficult production thing,' one of the brothers told the paper.'There is aerial combat stuff, dogfight stuff, and there is stuff on a lifeboat on an open sea.'The Coens usually direct their own scripts - think Fargo and The Big Lebowski - but admit they are relieved they didn't have to step behind the camera on this one.'There is something good about being able to blithely write whatever you want without having to worry about having to think, even in the back of your mind, about the reality of production,' one of the two added.'But you know, it's from a book, it's not fiction stuff, so it's not like Angie can blame us for that.'Quizzed why they were hired to make a script of Laura Hillenbrand's book about the hero, they added: 'We know [Angelina] a little. Why did she solicit us? Yeah, because she knows us.' Last October, Angelina spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the difficulty of the shoot.'On set, we started to joke and say, "Tomorrow will be easier," knowing full well that on this challenging shoot, there are no easy days,' the fiancée of Brad Pitt told the publication via email.'Anytime it gets tough, we think of the real men who lived through this, and no one complains. In fact, we all just feel honored to be here.'Unbroken tells the true story of American Olympic runner Zamperini, who was taken prisoner by the Japanese army during World War II.The movie stars 'Skins' actor Jack O'Connell, Garrett Hedlund and 'About Time' star Domhnall Gleeson. It is scheduled for release in December this year.Angelina has been spotted Down Under with Brad and her six children since November.
