Angelina Jolie is reportedly seeking help for her 'troubled' son Pax as he remains hospitalized after he was seriously injured in a collision involving his electric bike. The Oscar winner, 49, has been by the 20-year-old's side at the hospital since he crashed into a car during rush hour in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles on Monday, July 29.He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Paramedics responding at the scene initially thought he might be suffering from a brain bleed according to TMZ, but no further information about his condition has been released.Page Six is reporting that this was not the first time the young man has been involved in incidents involving two and four wheeled vehicles. 'His friends are concerned about him,' an insider told the outlet alleging, 'He's being reckless. They're worried.'DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Angelina for comment. 'He has had a string of car crashes,' the source asserted.'It's not great. Pax is a troubled kid, and Angelina is doing her best to help him.'The publication reported that LAPD sources said there was nothing new to add to the initial report of a traffic collision, when asked if charges might be pending. Pax, who was born in Viet Nam, was adopted by Jolie at age three, joining siblings Maddox, 22, and Zahara, 19. He is reportedly close to them as well as siblings Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.Maddox and Zahara were adopted by Jolie's then-partner, Brad Pitt, 60, in 2005 and he adopted Pax in 2008. All three of the older children have been estranged from Pitt following the alleged incident on a private airplane in 2016, when the actor allegedly hit one of his children. No charges were filed after an investigation into the alleged incident. Jolie and Pitt are legally divorced but are still fighting over the sale of Miraval, the vineyard in France. On Thursday, the Eternals star accused Pitt of trying to have her sign a $8.5 million non-disclosure agreement related to her allegations of abuse, according to People. 'In the court paper, the Maleficent star asserted she 'was not acting with malice and the intent to hurt Pitt in response to any custody ruling' when she sold her share of Miraval in 2021.'Instead,' she told the court in the filing, 'it was Pitt who refused to buy her interest unless he received his newly expanded NDA, enforceable by an $8.5 million holdback specifically designed to force her silence about his abuse and cover-up.'

Angelina Jolie has claimed Brad Pitt tried to make her sign an $8.5 million non-disclosure agreement to 'force her silence' about her abuse allegations against him.Jolie, 49, filed for divorce against Pitt, 60, in September 2016, after a mysterious dispute on a private plane in the presence of their son Maddox, now 22.Early in the proceedings, the FBI looked into allegations that Pitt became 'physical' with Maddox on the jet, but the investigation was closed with no charges filed. However, in court documents she filed this April, Jolie accused Pitt of having been abusive to her 'well before' the plane ride. Now, in the course of the ongoing legal battle over their winery in the South of France, Jolie has repeated the abuse claim, in a new filing obtained by People.DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Pitt and Jolie for comment.Jolie and Pitt first acquired the winery, the Chateau Miraval, in 2008 when they had been romantically involved for years but were not yet married. The feud over the property stems from the fact Jolie sold her half to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler for $62 million in 2021, amid her divorce proceedings.Pitt sued her over the sale, insisting that she was contractually obligated to obtain his consent before offloading her portion of the Chateau Miraval.Amid the collapse of their marriage, Pitt and Jolie also plunged into a rancorous custody battle over their six children, four of whom are now adults. They conceived three biological children - Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16 - and also adopted Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, and Zahara, 19.Jolie submitted her latest legal filing in the winery case to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on July 25, bringing up both the custody battle and abuse claims. Her legal team insisted that when she sold her half of the Chateau Miraval, she 'was not acting with malice and the intent to hurt Pitt in response to any custody ruling.'The documents asserted: 'Instead, it was Pitt who refused to buy her interest unless he received his newly expanded NDA, enforceable by an $8.5 million holdback specifically designed to force her silence about his abuse and cover-up.'Her attorneys added: 'While Pitt advances what is effectively an outdated privacy-of-domestic-violence argument to shield his abuse, his argument is not the law, at least not in this century, and he cites no authority that would give him such unwarranted protections. In any event, he waived any privacy protections when he sued Jolie.'
Jolie's team has previously argued Pitt should be made to turn over his personal communications as part of discovery in the winery case.Pitt has pushed back against the 'wide-ranging' and 'intrusive' demand, with his lawyers claiming Jolie wanted access to information 'about such sensitive issues as therapy he voluntarily undertook' after the plane ride. However, he maintained that he had been willing to turn over 'documents sufficient to show everything that occurred on the flight.'In legal documents submitted July 15, Pitt's team accused Jolie of attempting to 'turn this business dispute into a re-litigation of the former couple’s divorce case.'They put forward the view that Pitt's 'private, third-party communications' from the period of the 2016 plane ride were not pertinent to the Chateau Miraval lawsuit. However, in her court filing last week, Jolie's team remained firm in their insistence that Pitt should have to submit communications relevant to her abuse claims.'Jolie has no desire to litigate these issues and for years never publicly discussed any of it,' the legal documents alleged. 'Rather than appreciate her discretion, Pitt sought to contractually mandate and enforce it.'They added: 'Because she refused, he seeks to punish her, demanding $67 million plus punitive damages. In so doing, Pitt placed his conduct squarely at issue. While Jolie sincerely wishes Pitt would end this litigation and finally put their family on a clear path toward healing, that cannot happen while Pitt relentlessly pursues her.'In May, a judge ordered Jolie to turn over 'all NDAs to which she is a party,' complying with with a request made by Pitt's team in legal papers obtained by DailyMail.com.Jolie previously claimed that she refused to sell her half of the Chateau Miraval to Pitt because the NDA he had insisted on as a condition was 'controlling and punishing.'
However, Pitt's attorneys shot back that her objection to the NDA was a 'pure pretext' for the sale to Shefler, whose business empire includes Stolichnaya vodka. They argued that it was normal for public figures to seek NDAs, asserting that Jolie had also availed herself of the measure in the past. 'For example, fewer than six months after the sale to Stoli, Jolie's lawyer proposed an ever broader, mutual non-disparagement clause to Pitt, in connection with resolving the couple's divorce, and Jolie has signed or requested comparable NDAs from others,' Pitt's lawyers alleged in a legal filing in May.Pitt's team requested that Jolie be ordered to turn over all her NDAs, as well as other related documents, and a judge granted the motion. He allegedly remains estranged from his children, to the point that this May, after turning 18, Shiloh filed to have her surname changed from Jolie-Pitt to simply Jolie.Meanwhile Pax recently suffered a terrifying accident when he crashed his dirt bike into a car in Los Angeles while not wearing a helmet.Sources informed DailyMail.com that Jolie was 'by his side in hospital,' while 'Brad is distraught and worried over Pax's accident, but he is unable to reach him.'The accident came four years after Pax unleashed an explosive social media rant calling his father a 'world class a**hole' and a 'terrible and despicable person' who had caused his four younger children to 'tremble in fear.'

Angelina Jolie is due in Venice in a month's time to promote the film Maria, in which she plays opera legend Maria Callas.Awkwardly, her former husband Brad Pitt will be there, too - for his new hitman-caper movie Wolfs, with George Clooney. Sources indicate that the schedules have been arranged so that the warring couple - who continue to be embroiled in legal action eight years after they split - will not be at the film festival at the same time.Like those German weather house clocks where one figure comes out as the other goes in, they are going to attend the festival and stay at the same hotel, the Cipriani - but not come face to face. The estranged pair have managed never to be at the same event in Hollywood since splitting, with Jolie largely skipping red-carpet events in LA, even though she lives there with their six children. It comes after it was revealed Brad is 'distraught' and upset he has been unable to speak to his estranged son Pax who is in hospital after crashing his bike into the back of a car in Los Angeles. Pax was not wearing a Helmert when his electric dirt bike ran up the back of a car stopped at a red light on Sunday at 5.12pm on Los Feliz Boulevard, Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Dailymail.com. Witnesses at the scene said Pax immediately complained about pain in his head and hip after the crash. Responding police and paramedics were worried he'd suffered bleeding on his brain so rushed him to the hospital. The car's driver reportedly did their duty by getting out and checking on the injured Pax before police and paramedics arrived. A source close to Angelia Jolie told Dailymail.com she's 'by his side in hospital' where he remains in a stable condition. ' The full extent of his injuries are not yet clear. Pax has been been estranged from Pitt since an alleged domestic violence incident with on a private jet with ex-wife Angelina in 2016. In an Instagram post from 2020, he called his Pitt a 'world class a***hole' and an 'awful human being'. But despite their lack of contact, a source told DailyMail.com: ' Brad is distraught and worried over Pax's accident, but he is unable to reach him. 'It is very upsetting to Brad whenever he hears of one of the kids being hurt and he feels completely powerless because there is nothing that he can do at all.''A father's inclination would be to go to the hospital, or to call him. He's tried so many times but the kids won't take his calls. His hands are tied.' 'Brad doesn't think that Pax should be driving a scooter without a helmet to begin with - he should have been in a car,' the insider said, in a subtle swipe at Angelina. DailyMail.com has contacted représentatives for Pitt and Jolie for comment.
Pax was adopted by Jolie , 49, from an orphanage in Vietnam when he was three. He remains close to his mother, as do his five siblings, Maddox, 23, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.A source close to Jolie blamed Pitt for his fractured relationship with Pax.The estranged couple were recently involved in a bitter fight after Pitt filed a $67 million lawsuit against Jolie over the sale of their Miraval wine business.Pax was spotted riding riding around Los Angeles riding on a $3,000 Talaria Sting R MX4 electric bike on July 11th. He wasn't wearing a helmet.California laws require all motorcycle riders to wear helmets, while all under 18s must wear them for type three electric scooters. He was also not supposed to be riding the off-road scooter on the road.Pax and Angelina had a rare public sighting two days after the when they went out for Japanese food at the celebrity hotspot Sushi Park in West Hollywood.Jolie adopted Pax from an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2007 when he was three. He had been dumped as a newborn by his heroin-addicted biological mother. In addition to Pax, she and Brad share five other children. Their three biological children are daughter Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16.Maddox, 22, was adopted by Jolie from Cambodia in 2002. Zahara, 19, was adopted by Jolie from Ethiopia in 2005.Pitt later joined her in adopting Maddox and Zahara in 2006, and Pax in 2008.Pitt and Jolie began dating in 2005 after Pitt's marriage to Jennifer Aniston, 55, ended. They got engaged in 2012 and married in 2014 in Miraval, France.Pitt and Jolie have been stuck in a bitter divorce battle over assets and custody for years.Pax has not been seen with Pitt since Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016.Jolie filed for divorce after a fight between Pitt and Maddox aboard a private jet from France to California in 2016.
According to an FBI report on the incident, which was published in 2022, Jolie accused Pitt of physical assault after a flight to California in 2016.She claimed that he was intoxicated and that he grabbed her by the head and shook her, and later pushed her down, as part of a confrontation allegedly related to their children.According to the FBI, Jolie said Pitt told the children that she was 'f***ing up this family, ' and she claimed he punched the ceiling of the airplane four times. His youngest daughter Vivienne, who had worked as Jolie's assistant when she produced the Broadway musical adaptation of The Outsiders, listed her name as Vivienne Jolie in the show's program — rather than using her what was previously listed as her name — Vivienne Jolie-Pitt — though it's unclear if she may have changed it legally.Later that month, his daughter Shiloh filed a legal request to drop his last name from her own name after she turned 18.However, a clerical error in the court's background-check procedure led to a delay in a hearing on the request, People reported on Monday. In November 2023, Zahara shouted out her name as 'Zahara Marley Jolie' at her Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority introduction ceremony at Spelman College, excising 'Pitt' from her last name.Following the latest round of children appearing to remove Pitt's name from their own, it was reported that the oldest boys Pax and Maddox had not been using the hyphenated name in years, though it's unknown if they have legally changed their names. As Pax and his three oldest siblings are all over 18, they are not required to have regular visitation with Pitt, though his minor children Knox and Vivienne are.In May, a source close to the Oscar winner told DailyMail.com that he hopes to 'rekindle' his relationship with his children, and they claimed their bond was 'broken by the divorce.'The source also accused Jolie of ensuring that their children had 'limited involvement' with their father .

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's bitter legal battle over Chateau Miraval is due back in court today after Jolie's side filed a new motion in court. Pitt, 60, and Jolie, 49, have been embroiled in a dispute over their co-ownership of the idyllic French winery, which they purchased while happily married in 2008, with the actor suing his ex-wife for selling her half to Russian oligarch Yuri Shefler without his consent for $62 million in October 2021. The former couple's 'war of the rosé' legal battle is entering another round as the latest hearing of the case is scheduled at an LA courthouse at 9am today, although Pitt and Jolie are not expected to appear. Jolie's former company Nouvel LLC - a subsidiary of Shefler's Tenute del Mondo B.V. - filed a motion to compel Campari America LLC to produce an agreement about wine distribution with Chateau Miraval. Since Jolie sold her stake, the former partners entered into an acrimonious mudslinging over NDA's, which have become a key battleground in their fight. In the motion filed on July 29, Nouvel LLC asks to 'produce the most knowledgeable person(s) and relevant documents regarding a distribution agreement executed on or around September 2023' between Campari America LLC - a non-party in Pitt and Jolie's legal battle - and Chateau Miraval. Nouvel LLC accused Pitt 'and his allies' of freezing the company out of the winery, including the decision to give Campari the right to be the sole distributor of the rosé wine produced at Chateau Miraval. Pitt and Jolie, who met in 2004 while filming Mr. And Mrs. Smith before tying the knot in 2014, share six children together: sons Maddox, 22, Pax, 20, - who was involved in a terrifying e-bike crash in July - and Knox, 16, and daughters Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and Vivienne, 16. They filed for divorce in September 2016. Daughter Shiloh is embroiled in her own legal battle, as she is trying to drop Pitt from her last name of Jolie-Pitt. A hearing on the case was scheduled in court on Monday, but it was rescheduled for August 19 after 'the court was unable to complete the background check', Peter Levine, who is serving as legal representation for Jolie-Pitt in the matter, told People. In her parents' case, Pitt accused Jolie of breaching their purchase agreement to not sell to a third party without offering the other the right of first refusal when she sold her 50 per cent stake in Chateau Miraval to Shefler in 2021.The actor requested the sale be made void and sought monetary damages and legal fees, but it went through on October 5, 2021.
Pitt says in his complaint that the transaction to Russian oligarch Shefler harms the brand of Chateau Miraval after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022.But Jolie's former company launched a $250million suit against Pitt in return, alleging that Pitt was trying to get control over the the company as revenge on Jolie over their split. When the then couple bought the 1200 acre winemaking enterprise and estate, Pitt took a 60 per cent stake while Jolie took 40 per cent. Pitt poured millions into the estate, riding the rosé wave, and expanding the business in an effort that saw sales grow 300 percent. Soon the estate they purchased for an estimated $60million was worth closer to $164million. By the time of their wedding, Jolie had 'stopped investing,' according to previously filed court records – something that she has denied. Still, Pitt transferred 10 percent of his share to her by way of a wedding gift in December 2013 'for the sum of €1 [never paid]' so that by the time of their marriage in August 2014, they were 50/50 equal partners. Jolie claims she backed out of their agreement because Pitt asked her to sign an NDA as part of their business deal, which allegedly would prevent her from speaking out about the abuse allegations, including the September 2016 incident onboard the private jet. Her team described this as an 'unconscionable' attempt by her ex-partner to 'control her' after their split. A source close to Pitt, later told People: 'Brad requested a mutual NDA and non-disparagement strictly related to Miraval over concerns around sensitive financial information and protecting the brand, which is standard with these types of transactions.' His legal team claimed that Jolie 'weaponized' NDAs, and asked for Pitt to sign a broader NDA just six months later as part of their divorce settlement talks. In a ruling made public back in May, Judge Lia Martin ordered the actress to produce all NDAs she proposed, or that were proposed to her by others, regardless of whether they were finalized or agreed. In July, Jolie's lawyer, Paul Murphy, said: 'When Angelina again asks Mr. Pitt to end the fighting and finally put their family on a clear path toward healing, unless Mr. Pitt withdraws his lawsuit, Angelina has no choice but to obtain the évidence necessary to prove his allegations wrong.'Recent documents filed on behalf of Pitt in objection to Jolie's latest request list the pieces of evidence she would obtain. These include 'any therapy in which [he] voluntarily agreed to engage from September 14, 2016 through December 31, 2018, his consumption of alcohol from 2008 through 2021, his random drug and alcohol testing following the flight, communications with various government agencies about the flight, and confidential filings from the parties' divorce case.''These requests are not designed to discover relevant evidence but rather to embarrass Pitt and/or to prejudice the trier of fact, which is not permitted by California's discovery statutes,' the documents read. The estranged couples' eight-year divorce, which has had them at war over custody of their children, has not been finalized after filing in 2016.
